Ps3 dashboard is bland compared to 360

Not being a troll or anything but when you go in to the dashboard its way more fascinating.Inside Xbox has more content than all of PSN dashboard.The PSP look just doesnt fit the PS3.When you go in Live is filled with colours.You are updated every time by the dashboard and you dont need to go to marketplace to check the deal of the week.

I would just like to say that there is Internet browser if you use Windows Media Centre.PS3 fanboys always say that you can go to Facebook and Twitter on PS3 but its so slow and you'll likely get frustrated before the page even loads up.

Have both and I like the neatness of the PS3 but the colorfulness of 360. All in all I have to say, I dont play the dashboard so I wonder why anyone would really care?? Not talking to you but just in general..:)

Its called the XMB not the dashboard and no i dont agree.. its more simple and not all green-ish

after that "new" xbox experience thing 2 years ago, it took me 15 minutes to find the freaking market place...so no its not sleeker its clunkier and a bit slower and clutered with very little room for customization.

Change the theme for free!

tbh both are pretty bland and boring

i do like the in-game dashboard in NXE tho, that's really underrated, the in-game XMB on PS3 is gimped as hell and only does a couple of tasks and even then doesn't run very well either

i also like not having to goto a "store" on NXE, it's just integrated into the UI itself

but i dislike how giant the windows are, it makes having a background image totally useless, it's also not nearly as fast to navigate as XMB is

also XMB is a lot easier to customize, especially free backgrounds and themes

i like the dashboard a little bit more, and i agree that the in-game versions of both, the ps3 xmb is not as good since it only lets you do a few functions.

Xbox one is full of junk and hard to navigate and find things properly...PS3 is simple and nice....Plus it matches the PSP interface spot on!

I prefer the ps3 much much more.

I find the 360 one to be all big and clunky. It works for sure but its just no where near as sleek and crisp as the ps3 one.

Ps3 one is easier to navigate also.

Plus I like the clicking sound the ps3 xmb makes when switching from icon to icon :P

Biggest downfall for the 360 is that you cant use your own custom backgrounds. That is the coolest thing about the ps3. I change mine every week... FOR FREE

I prefer not to be constantly blasted with useless advertising trying to get you to buy something. It annoys me everything I turn on my 360 I have to scroll up just to boot up my game.

Also not sure if you're entitled to an opinion if you can't differentiate between XMB, NXE, and Xbox dashboard.

Have fun paying for your themes while we PS3 guys make are own....

I agree I hope they changed the ps3 dashboard it is a tad bland.. or dull. its not live a poppin..

XB interface looks like its designed for 5 year olds.

Ps3 is quite simple and sleek, expecially with the dynamic themes.

its also the one you have seen the most of.
I prefer the xbox one because i know where everything is.
But if i had a ps3 first maybe that interface was better.

First of all, the PS3 does'nt have a dashboard, its the Xross Media Bar. Second, XMB >>> all iterations of the 360 dashboard. The dashboard feels cluttered, while the XMB is sexy. I also don't have to look at some goof-looking avatar with my PS3. And with custom themes and wallpapers, no ones XMB need ever look the same, wheras walpapers on the 360 are pointless as I can barely see them.
