I got a Neo-Geo Pocket when itEB games had that deal for one andlike 6 games for fairly cheap. It was prettygood.
PSP should be number one.. BUT gamepro has always been a PS fanboy websitepunto23
the PSP sold more than 25,000. It is the 10 worst selling handhelds, not 10 worst handhelds.

Fakeboy.
Anywho, the Gizmondo looks cool.

The psp is a great hand held.:|
Clearly not you idiot, considering that the PSP has sold more than all of those.USMC_Sniper556
Err that was to "PSP should be number one.. BUT gamepro has always been a PS fanboy website".
[QUOTE="littleman1992"]Gizmondo was a huge ass failure though.HoffgodActually, it was pretty successful for it's purpose: scaming investors out of millions.
Point taken.
I bought a Neo*Geo Pocket Color at launch and it was great, really good priced and had lots of good quality games while it lasted. It was big drag that most of the SNK fighters on it used the very same sprites over and over though.
I also don't get what they say about the Nomad. You could place it on a stand and plug it to a TV as it was a plain Mega Drive, why would a player would have to look at the Nomad screen?
Why do people consider the psp a failure. It isn't the ds or the gameboy line but its a good sucess, because it's done the most to stop nintendos stranglehold on the handheld market.
Edit: I have a psp and a ds lite.

Considering PSP has nearly outsold nearly 1-10 put together, NO!
[QUOTE="rond5566"]I think my Dreamcast needs a hug...Panzer_ZweiWhat's the Dreamcast got to do with this?
They had a 10 worst selling consoles list, Dreamcast was number 10 selling only 10.6 million over its life.
PSP should be number one.. BUT gamepro has always been a PS fanboy websitepunto23:|..Well if it sold less than 11 million it might be on the list..
Hey, i feel the zodiac was unfairly put into that poll. It was a great little handheld device for not just gaming, but also Video and MP3 Playback i know this because i have one, and i'd rate it as good as any Multimedia device on the market, especially when you load it up with 2 4GB cards in the 2 slots, 8GB is an awful lot of space i must say Atleast it p!ssed all over the Gizmondo's crappy salesQuadster
My friend had one of those in highschool, I remember it well. It was a cool device, I think it ran on Palm OS but was mad expensive but far more powerful then any other handheld device at the time. It would probablybe dated by todays PDA standards although there has not been a huge leap in processing power in a while, but it was released 3 years ago. I am getting a Treo 650 for freebut even that might not meet my handheld application needs.
I looked at the 10 worse selling consoles.
Haha no wonder why Apple doesn't want to make another system  Apple Pippin
I didn't know 3DO was $700 back then. People complain about PS3's price, $700 back then is equal to about $1000 maybe even more after inflation and everything.

3do wasn't the most expensive console. I think that title is held by the Pioneer LaserActive. I have one with the genesis attachment. It played laser disc movies, genesis games (mega drive carts as well), sega cd (mega cd), turbo cd, turbo hucard, super cd, arcade card cd, turbo laserdisc, genesis laser disc, as well as.....arcade laserdiscs. I have a laserdisc copy of the original Dragon's lair and it played perfectly on it. Well actually I am wrong about that last part. It didnt let you "play" the arcade game. It played right through from start to finish and you just watched it like a movie with every angle and death scene. It cost upwards of $1000 just for the main laserdisc player with NO game attachments. Those cost anywhere from $200-300 but I got mine from Incredible Universe (before it became Fry's Electronics) for only $50 and the genesis unit was $10. Clearance items still new in the box.
What's the Dreamcast got to do with this?[QUOTE="Panzer_Zwei"][QUOTE="rond5566"]I think my Dreamcast needs a hug...Chaos_HL21

And even the 10.6 million is misguiding...when you take into account more than half of that came from clearance sales and refurbished units, add to that awfully software sales because of high piracy. In fact, the Dreamcast was SEGA's worst selling console of all time, which is of course a shame.[QUOTE="Chaos_HL21"]What's the Dreamcast got to do with this?[QUOTE="Panzer_Zwei"][QUOTE="rond5566"]I think my Dreamcast needs a hug...Panzer_Zwei

No, actually. the Saturn also sold 10. something. But unlike the Dreamcast, the Saturn didn't had mass clearance sales, and saw a loyal support that actuall bought software in Japan where it managed to best the N64.The Dreamcast might have sold more units that the Saturn, because of the reason I stated (refurbished/clearance) but the Dreamcast gave SEGA way less money than the Saturn or the Master System.
It just never sold, when it was supposed to sell, after it was discontinued, it hardly mattered really.
LOL the Gizmondo was just a disgrace to gaming.
"yeah we'll give you a discount on it if you're willing to be forcedto watch ads every once in a while"
Great journalism Gamepro...Hey I think Gizmondo is trash as well. But for a journalist to call Gizmondo "Euro-trash" is just immaturity as far as that profession is concerned. I hate it when journalists try to sound "hip" and appeal to the teenage game playing crowd. Just give us the damn facts, not your stupid journalistic rambling opinions Gamepro...AvIdGaMeR444
I'm pretty much in agreement there.....that was unprofessional on their part,.
