One game. . . .

If someone came to you and they had no idea what so ever what video games are like, and you could only show them one game to give them the best idea of what playing video games is about, what would it be?

It seems your just mad for the character model, since the game isn't out and all ...

Oblivion or FFX.

Bioshock would show the atmospher of games.

world of goo would show the artistic side of games.

and Mario galaxy would show the fun side of games.

so one of those would be my choice.

Portal because someone who's never seen a computer game is more likely to figure out that concept than having to manage several weapons, reloading, enemies trying to kill you "intelligently" and traversing a 3d enviroment...

Tetris. It's easy to pick up and play, addictive, and it provides challenge without (much) frustration as game over's are at the player's fault rather than an ultra-super-elite hardcore gamer.

-any Metroid game

-Fire Emblem 7 or 8

EDIT: BTW, i love that no one says halo, or GeoW, or kz2 or anything like that. those are probably the most talked about games on SW, but i think everyone knows that theyre really nowhere near the best.
