now you would think that 360 should of sold at least 2 million units in NOV, but it didnt, it did horrible.

and when you think about it, the ps3 did great.

You can make up as many excuses as you want (many of them irreleavant or false too) but the fact is, 360 outsold the PS3 this month. Nothing you speculate will change that.

LOL at the Sony fanboys bringing WW numbers into a NPD thread and even then the 360 is still 7 million ahead of the PS3 according to MS and Sony numbers (PS3 = 27 million, XBOX360 = 34 million as of October 2009. Info provided by Wikipedia; MS and Sony financial quarter reports ) .

December will be even worse for the PS3 IMO. Look for the 360 to push between 1.5 to 1.7 million and the PS3 to finally hit 1 million, but that will be 500K to 700K short.

You can also look for XBOX360 WW numbers to look like 5 to 6 million for the quarter, pushing the 360 to nearly 40 million overall. That is number is a topic for another discussion since a fellow poster in here claimed about a year ago that the 360 would end this generation with around 36 to 39 million in sales, while I said it would be more around 50 to 60 million. He or she laughed about my numbers, saying it would never happen, yet the 360 is heading towards that 50 million mark if the trend continues and will most likely reach it by end of 2010, early 2011. Judging by the lineup of games in 2010 for the 360, next year could be another banner year for the console when it comes to sales.

Natal is going to come out with 5 million units, I do see this being a big item and out of stock next holiday season. I think its a definite that the 360 takes 2010 with the games coming out and Halo Reach. Its funny how a day can change everyones perceptions

nah it isnt even close, I mean I even was at the point where I believed the 360 was going to get crushed in NPD data for November and every cow alive was bragging since black friday. The 360 is dead, its over for the 360, the change in SW yesterday when the data came out was classic. I never saw this place like this ever.

Well, your account was made after FFXIII armeggedon. Assuming it is your first identity here, I can forgive your opinion. FFXIII was mooed by cows for years. YEARS. Every (and I mean every) thread that in any way involved RPGs, JRPGs even WRPGs, could count on a bovine post of "FFXIII > every 360 RPG put together." Again, for YEARS. When it went multiplat, there was chaos, account suicides, hardcore cows becoming lemmings. It was delicious. This is one month of sales in the face of one to two months of cow claims. It's no comparison.

I wasnt here for it but apparently when GS gave Twilight Princess an 8.8, some sheep went as far as to send death threats to the guty who reviewed it (Jeff Gertsmann). So I imagine it was preeettyy bad.

One thing I find interesting is no Forza 3 and Uncharted 2. That is a little disappointing.
