Awesome commercial. Would have been better though if they mixed in portions of the game, transitioning between the live action and the game with what was actually going on in the commercial.

I'm not really looking forward to the game too much but that commercial was amazing. Top notch stuff.

I thought Disctrict 9 was awesome but not the best movie in 5 years. I agree he would be a good choice for director. Peter Jackson and Spielberg teaming up would just be awesome sauce. I would have tears of joy if that happened...but it won't.

Microsoft should just pay for the freaking movie already... They made this commercial with virtual "nobody" actors and it was freaking awesome... Why can't they just do the same for a movie... They would make boatloads of cash... Plus what better advertising for your console/best selling franchise than a big-budget feature length epic like that commercial just now...

Commercials that don't actually show any gameplay are fail. On another note that one probably cost more to make than the actual game.

Dontcha love how MS produces these extravagent live action gritty war commercials for a game that is not that gritty? Sure it was an awesome commercial but those commercial look like false advertisement. Halo is colorful and by no means gritty.
