If they thought they could make more they would have made Sony and MS an offer, they don't see it as a profitable endeavour it would seem

edit: not a confirmation but so far everything from that link about Destiny has turned out to be spot on. These leaked documents are actual ones from Activision. So not a confirmation, but just like with GTA V, we all know it's coming to PC. It's just a matter of time.
