So far, this game looks promising. I really loved the original and the gameplay here seems to be fun. I also just miss the setting, atmosphere, and design. I will be downloading the demo to check this out! Btw, the demo progress transfers to your full game file.

How does one even enjoy a game like this? HOW?!

Game looks good, have an incredible art style and the battle system is really cool too. I'm getting this day one.

Will download the demo tonight and give it a try this weekend.

I got suckered into this one for the DS. Not making that mistake again... the clothes shopping and badge collecting simulator was just not for me.

Downloaded it. Going to play it tonight.

Just finished the demo. Here are my impressions:

• Overall, really good. Lives up to the series and feel like a true sequel.
• Combat is very fun, and and an evolution in a good way.
• Cut scenes are top notch. In-game graphics could be better, but fits the overall aesthetic of the franchise.
• Music is good, but so far not as good as the original. Feels out of place at times.
• Cast of characters don't seem as interesting as the original, but will hopefully get better as you progress.
• Beginning isn't as exciting as the original. Starts slow.

@SolidGame_basic: Same thoughts. The music is so good! I'd say it's on par with the original.

One thing that bugged me is Fret's 'remind' ability, where you have to use both left and right analog sticks to uncover the jumbled pieces.

Lol, yea that part is awkward. I remember having to do some kind of remind feature in the original as well. But using the sticks isn't interesting.

Yea, I think the music is great. I think there's more songs and variety than the original, but I felt like the original had some really stand out tracks.
