I turned on my 360 not too long ago, and I got the three flashing red lights of death... It wouldn't be that big of a deal, but I am really looking forward to playing Rock Band, and I don't think I will get it back by its release date.
Glad mine only died once and im on my second, but damn I feel bad for the people on there third and fourth replacements and on and on. Must suck for u guys. Me knocks on wood so I dont jinx myself and get the same again.
Thank MS and there poorly built rushed console. Your just another statistic of growing xbox 360 console owners to have their systems crap out (me included)

My 360 messed up as well. I didnt get the rrod though, My cable crapped out. The sad part is M$ wont fix it for free cuz its not the rrod and Ive had it for more than a year. So I just got an elite at Best buy with the return plan.
mine got broke some time ago , but luckily i went directed to the company representinte M$ in my country , so i get a new one in like 2 hours tops , that`s efficiency don`t you think?

The 360 version of rock band has Wired instruments, the PS3 version is the one to get, if you got one. I too have a 360, but I want a PS3 to play wireless, since having 4 players in a room is crowded, and all those wires seems nuts.
