The only DRM they *all* have would be the requirement for the X1 to log online every 24 hours. This is due to you being able to play all games off you HDD without the disc.

I don't even understand the point of this. You lock out a huge userbase like this. Its more like the AmericanCityBox at this point.

$10 online pass is different from losing ownership rights. I also don't think I have ever entered a one on my Ps3, if you were generally curious.
