How so?

Numbers are now meaningless if digital purchases dont count.

Because youtubers can't get the full revenue if you are part of Nintendo's youtube program and Nintendo takes half the revenue thus less money income. But if I was a youtuber, I would upload Nintendo content taking a lose of the revenue and upload a second video that isn't about Nintendo and get the actual income. Youtubers aren't being smart about this, just take the revenue lost if you want to upload Nintendo's content.

I don't really see how that is YouTubes policies ruining Nintendo though, more Nintendo policy ruining YouTubers.

Japan hasn't really mattered this gen since smartphones dominate the gaming market in Japan. Consoles are hardly selling there anymore.

PS4 Pro had a price cut last week in Japan.

Even Spider-Man DLC couldn't save it lol. DLC came in so late, I already move onto other games I need to play, so I'll revisit Spider-Man next year.

Making jokes about something everyone already knows isn't that funny, if any joke is that they never got in on that market, yet that market doesn't like Xbox games, and even when Xbox pushed, 2 million is about best they could hope for, so the 100,000 now is consolation. No single company will ever own USA/NA, so hard to say Xbox should own it the way Nintendo/Sony own Japan, but I them both owning JP for the foreseeable future.

Plus, bragging about a market so small is kind of weak. Assuming every PS4 sold, also had a Xbox, I think MS would be fine without the max 10 million units sold.
