No garbage motion controls or any type of stupid control methods. Just give me a game pad and move on.

Modern Warfare 4.

I want it's casing to be crafted from exotic plants, so that no matter what I'm playing, I'll always know it has the foliage.

3rd party games that don't suck, playable online, no emphasis on gimicky controls, have a hardrive and ability to rip music to hardrive, graphics that aren't blatantly inferior to competitor's, and everything else nintendo did wrong with the wii.

6950 / 6970 equivalent gpu

a good quad core cpu

4 gigs of ram

a 250 gb hardrive

bigger storage media than dvd 9

launch with zelda skyward sword and have it run in 1080p

have a traditional controller as standard

optional second controller (motion control, or that new wacky patent thing they have)

an online service similar to psn.

seeing as hd is being added , heres my only wishes

1-zelda hd

2 able to rip music onto a hard drive - id prefer to use any hard drive/ or nintendos dont matter just as long as its 500 gig big

3 system launch 200-300 price range

4 backwards compatibiltiy with wii

5 seeing as the remote has touch screen , ability to play ds games or 3ds games while at home on the big screen like gba did on gc that it ,

I think it is time to have all "Wii 2"-related discussion by placed in one thread as I do not see the point of having a new thread. There is really no need to have so many threads, and I do not want this to become what is now happening with the "PC versus home console" debate.

No motion controls.

1. native 1080p resolution..also applies to 1st party games...3rd parties will also have the option of implementing 1080p

2. online sevice at least as good as psn...but must include the ability to add multiplayer to select virtual console games...like mario kart 64.. smash bros melee...that would be awesome.

3. controls...suprise us nintendo ..its all good here..8) ..or more of the same..i lovez my wiimote.

I would make a wishlist, but all it would do is disappoint me when the real thing is released. 3DS is a nice system, but I'm still disappointed that it doesn't have dual touch screens.

If you want at least a 500 GB hard drive, than the Wii2 will probably be more than $300. A better idea would be to make it like the PS3, where you can take out teh hard drive and replace it with a bigger one.

I want to be wowed in the same way I was with Mario 64. I want a completely new way to control the character.

...and also for it to become so successful that Valve has no choice but to make Half Life 3 exclusive to the Nintendo console--just so I can lay down on the couch and think of all the crying pc gamers.

...and also for the console to be shaped like REgis Phil Aimes head.

For it not to be named Wii.

Get rid of motion controls. Go back to the GC/N64 style Nintendo & I'll throw money at you.

Also, I don't want another PS3/Xbox 360 clone. I want something orignal or modern at the very least.

My wishlist

1. HD graphics slightly beyond the HD twins with a bit more RAM

2. More third party support(I bet the third party's won't care again even if ninty comes begging to them for them to develop on their console) and possibly create games that don't take full advantage or try to take full advantage of the new console.

3. A controller that is a bit precise and make it easier for theThird Party's to make good controls for any game

4. A better online infrastructure.

2. better 3rd party support (more M-rated games)
3. better exclusives
4. HDD space for storage (non-proprietary like PS3)
5. reliable hardware as always
6. Full HD 1080p support
7. HDMI-component cables standard packed in every box
8. Wi-Fi support (though I don't use it, I prefer ethernet)
9. Netflix-Hulu streaming enabled
10. streamline GUI
11. Free Online-Fee Online-Free Online (can't stress that enough)
12. eliminate friend's code
13. user accounts only
14. BR player included
15. CD/music-ripper (like XBOX 360)
16. b/c feature for Wii & GC games
17. Virtual Console feature

Until then, I'll keep supporting Sony and MS machines. (not that I'll give up on MS or Sony if Nintendo succeeds on some points I listed)

• plenty of focus on core games, along with new IP's

I hope this is all true and that they dont screw it up. I will be amazed if they show off some beautiful footage of a new metroid game and such. I also have a feeling a new IP is coming.
