KZSF is great, but Ryse, DR3, and KI look better.

I have a PS4 and I'm not gonna lie. I am enjoying playing KZSF, but Ryse, DR3, and KI look better. However, KZSF was the only PS4 launch exclusive that looked good to me, so I bought it. Like I said, KZSF is good, but when I get my XBOX ONE Day One Edition, I think I will enjoy playing Ryse, DR3, and KI more.

I hope the PS4 gets more good exclusive games within the next 6 months. Hopefully The Order 1886 and Deep Down will be released within that time frame.

@Thunder7151: Ryse Yes, KI? I haven't seen and I can promise you DR3 isn't. That's just crazy.

Ryse? Hell no. Saying that its better than Knack might be pushing it.

I have seen several DR3 game reviews and gameplay videos online and I have come to the conclusion that it is in fact a better game than KZSF. The Metacritic scores confirm this with DR3 getting a score of 78 (so far) and KZSF getting a score of 73 (so far).

Ryse and KI are both obviously better games than KZSF as well. However, KZSF is still a very good game, and I am not knocking it, but XBOX ONE has exceptional exclusive launch games.

I find that very funny that op ignores reviews where they just pointed out that DR3 and KL has last gen visual and yet he keep saying it has better grahpic

Killer Instinct & Ryse look pretty damn good. I'm also excited to get my hands on Dead Rising 3, but from what I've seen, I don't think it looks "better" than Shadow Fall. I'll wait until I get the game and judge it myself in person. I've played a bit of Shadow Fall at my buddies house and it looked amazing.

I have yet to see anything that looks on par with KZ (on consoles of course).

Im very excited for xbox this Friday too and I just finished killzone, the online is really fun but the story sucked ass. Why is it these killzone screen shots look way better than the actual game? Could it be my tv? I hope so cuz im not bein biased but killzone looks like ps3 lol

Those three games seem artistically different its hard to compare graphics they look good in their own sense. Graphics won't be next gen for like 2 years. This is another Xbox to Xbox 360 jump not a SNES to N64 jump

Have you calibrated your TV? I'm not sure how you view graphics, but I've seen Shadow Fall and I personally think it looks amazing, my buddy was playing it on a 55'' Samsung, not sure brand wise, but it definitely looked better than anything I've seen on the PS3.

I like KZSF's gameplay overall, but Dead Rising 3 seems to be on another level gameplay-wise. Ryse seems to have more interesting gameplay than KZSF as well. And Killer Instinct looks like it has really awesome fighting game mechanics.

No. Dead Rising 3 looks very last gen game, also bad grahpic and HORRIBLE FRAME RATE. Also, game has no story at all. First 1hr is fun but then game is annoying because same stuff going over and over again... boring game.

Ryse is click to kill game, it´s not fun but also 3hr game, wtf. Gameplay is very limited.

Killer instincts? Well, game is like DLC, only very few charaters and very limited.

Again, KZSF is better and looks better. Multiplayer is fun but other game has none of that

Ahhh gotcha! Well I can definitely agree with you on Killer Instinct, that game looks pretty awesome, cannot wait to see how it plays.

Ryse looks really nice graphically. But seems like it would get pretty boring after the first hour or so. Way too much quick time and slashing.

I will play KZSF for hundreds of hours on its great competitive multiplayer mode. Ryse you play... 5 hours of quick time events? or it is 3 hours?

yea the Killer instinct graphics effects are really something that please the eye and its actually seems enjoyable to play unlike Killzone.

but graphically i think Killzone did a pretty good job also.

Killzone looks amazing. Ryse looks amazing too. The other two are not in the same league grapics wise.

Dead Rising 3 is supposedly pretty ugly for a next gen title, I wouldnt care if Ryse was photo realistic because it is crap (I would rather play Knack), and Killer Instinct looks like it could be accomplished on an Xbox 360 ( - all the particle effects). The only game on Xbone worth comparing to KZSF is Forza 5 (which IMO is probably the best quality next gen title though I would not get it because Turn 10 disappointed me with its lack of content which will probably be pricey dlc).

Personally I would say KI and DR3 I've had more fun with. Ryse is actually pretty good. I'd go with a 6-7. Objectively KZ is a better game than both Ryse and KI id say as it gets a broader group of players. A fighter is a certain crowd where FPS is more popular all around. Me personally DR3>KZ=KI~=Ryse.

Wow I think your kinda delusional. I personally would give Ryse graphics king of launch. Killer Instinct Looks very nice too. But Dead Rising 3 looks like garbage and instantly think your trolling because you threw in that game. Had you kept it with Ryse and KI then I might have taken you a bit more seriously. Forza Looks pretty good as well, just it has some aliasing issues (dunno if I can really knock it at that as most racing games have aliasing issues due to all hard edges and it would need something like 8x MSAA applied @1080p to make the jaggies go away.

I thought by looks better TC meant more fun to play. If it's graphics is say KZ and Ryse are really close. Maybe a little more on Ryse' side. They both look better graphically than KI which looks great too but not a showcase game. They all look much better than DR3, its a slightly better than last gen kinda looking game. Really fun though.

RYSE. I know it's subjective, and the less experienced someone may be, it will perhaps be seen as less derivitive and somewhat more playable...That tech demo of a game could be fun to someone, but god help them if that's the best they can do for 2013.

If he was talking graphics, he mentioned DR3 in the OP which is also an auto-fail. Luckily, DR3 is super playable and enjoyable in comparison to RYSE. RYSE is beautiful, but not a good game. The TC would have us believe those games are both the best looking and or amazing gameplay choices out.

Look in what way? Graphical fidelity? Maybe only Ryse could rival it in certain aspects. But overall, that's nonsense - unless you just prefer artstyle of Killer Instinct, but the genres are so different it's pointless to compare. Anyway, if you meant the actual gameplay, then you might be just fed up with FPS games and I don't blame you.

I am not a Lem. I purchased a XBOX ONE and a PS4. For now, I think the XBOX ONE is definitely the better console because it has better exclusive games. PS4 may catch up eventually though. Only time will tell.

KI and D3 looks like shit if you use Xbox One's scaler (just play use 720p when playing those games it'll look better)

Ryse looks amazing! (Internally upscaled in CryEngine to 1080p and not through X1's scaler).

KI and Dead Rising look mediocre at best. Ryse is the only decent looking game on the xbone, but still fails to manage 1080p.

I will defend Ryse to a certain point. It is beautiful. The best looking launch game on both systems just beating out KZ in my opinion and it's actually a pretty good fun game. It's length is somewhere around 6+ hours and not three like the people who have not played it claim.

It's repetitive and simple on all levels. It's mastered in ten minutes. Gameplay of KZ very easily has it beat. Ryse is a simple button masher.

That being said. Those in here giving Ryse a bad time based on its gamespot score or making excuses like " inexperienced gamers might find it fun" are all bull.

I have been gaming longer than a lot of people here have been alive. 29 years. It's a fun game. Just because you are a fanboy or gaming elitist that doesn't play lower rated games doesn't make your assessments true.

People need to relax and have fun with games. I know its system wars and a lot of people are just playing that " game " but you can tell most here that rag on games haven't even played them.
