Exactly, if people don't believe GameRankings for professional reviews, who are they gonna believe. IMO Halo 1 is the best game ever made but when it comes to overall professional opinion, SMG got it(got a Wii in my sights soo here i come)

I love OoT with all my heart, I really do, but I feel that a combination of nostalgia and the fact that it was the first 3D Zelda game have a lot to do with its continued reverence as the "best game ever." I spent coutless hours with it when it was first released, and I still fire it up every now and then, but it's never been on the top of my list. And people saying SMG can't be considered better than OoT either haven't played SMG, or just don't want to admit that a contemporary game can surpass a classic in admiration.

What is more interesting to me is that Metroid Prime managed to somehow pass Soul Caliber.

I doubt anyone reviewed either of those games recently, so how did this happen?

Anyways, Nintendo now has the top 3, 1 game from each of their big franchises.

Well, both games now have an close equal amount of reviews and still can't be comparable because both games are two totally different genre.I agree with you though, all this "best game ever" is BS.
