softwarewise, they completely copied the Java sytax language. M$ certainly does not = Innovation!!

I don't think so. M$ does not do it better all the time. the newly added HDMI to the 360 for example is version 1.2 where the PS3 has 1.3. the diference is that 1.3 supports 7.1 surround sound and supports higher resolution than 1080P which make the PS3 more future proof than the xbox (why is the 360 called a next-gen console if all it has is this gen technology and before). Also HD-DVD is not better than Blu-Ray. they are about the same but Blu-ray can fit more on a single disk so that alone makes it better. Softwarewise, yes .net beats Java, but that's beside the point

it's copying the ideas, not the actual technology. built in HD-DVD wasn't needed I thought and is HDMI. I have been on these boards for quite sometime and the lemmings woudl argue against HDMI. Also, home is not just an achievemnet tracing system. it's a a whole new idea that M$ is copying

The same can be said with PSN and Rumble...and acheivements/trophies and the OS runing in the background and motion control and HOME :lol: I can go for quite a while.
