Is last of us the worst multipalyer game ever made?

Nobody here has played the multiplayer. :|

It's not just as simple as shooting people in the face so you don't succumb to the worst fate possible, either. Above all else, securing and protecting supplies is imperative to the survival effort. These resources become yet more important as your group grows. While lodging a bullet between someone's eyes will help in your quest, so do assists, revives, crafting items and physically picking up supply drops, obviously. It expands further than this too: members of your posse can suffer from sickness or get mauled by a pack of infected between matches. Overcoming such obstacles requires you to engage in specific missions you'll be set in upcoming rounds, such as achieving a certain amount of melee kills or headshots. It is, to be frank, a very intelligent and well put together idea, and one that unlike many multiplayer modes actually connects to what you've experienced with the game's core narrative. So does that confirms that the Infected will make an appearance in the Multiplayer?

The real thing, still got pretty close to the leak. Just minus the big/open maps and the maps containing the Infected.

I'm still amped to see how the whole thing plays out.

They nailed the gameplay.

lol that was the part that sounded cool. The thought of a big map and sort of raiding and securing camps against people and then at any moment infected could burst through and change it all up sounded fvcking cool. 

What we get is just a more visceral or methodical Uncharted MP. Which isn't bad, but it's notthing new and definitely not "The best ever conceived"

So I just saw 3:46 footage of last of us. And lol. What a joke. That stuff is truly horrific. I don't understand why naughty dog can't make multiplayer game that is fun. I mean did you see the footage. It took the person 5 shots to kill someone. This honestly reminds me of the tomb raider multiplayer. I know how there are numerous teams at naughty dog and that is the reason why uncharted 3 was sooo terrible. Was this made by their Z team? I can't fathom how huge of a disappointment this game has turned out.

they have to have a MP mode that has infected and stuff, they haven't revealed yet.

They bloody well better because right now that MP isn't gonna last any length of time. 

The MP details leaked sounded amazing and something that I would love to play. I even said it sounded better than the SP :P

Never really bought a Game for the MP unless the game itself was for MP. I purchase a game for the focus of it not the other stuff. I mean considering if it was like that Mario Kart would be the greatest game ever made because you always have something to do. Beating your own track record :roll: yet we play it for the main content... to kick someone's butt on the track.

I would say the same about the guy who said "BEST MULTIPLAYER EVER CONCEIVED" When in reality is just another pointless tacked in mode that wasn't needed

The game will easily score 96+ on Metacritic, just like UC2 :)

A better topic would have asked if everyone thought the mediocre multiplayer would hurt the score for the game.

I'm assuming this is the video. Honestly the first min or so is bland, at least to me it does get better around the 1:40 ish mark.

yes the meat of this game will be in the single player, but if i want my entire moneys worth, i need a solid multiplayer to keep me playing after the sp.

There were several modes mentioned on the leak, so I would just wait until NG reveals the whole thing.

I don't think anyone really cares about the multiplayer.  Single player is where its at.
