Strange, it seemed like GT overrated inFamous 2 according to metacritic. DroidPhysX
The only reason why its MC is that score is because of GSs 7.5 and the other site that gave the game a freaking 7. Mediocre journalism/"professionalism" from both these sites

Had they given inFamous 2 a 9, you would be saying how great GS is and how they have outstanding journalism.

Presumably you feel the same about Halo Wars, which is at 82 on Metacritic and got 6.5 here, which is even worse then Infamous 2 which is at 85 on Metacritic and 7.5 here???

why does everyone think this game is bad? from what i played its miles ahead of the first and the first is miles ahead of most sandbox games. I normally agree with GS but i think they fudged up there.
The hype thread is still on the first page and it´s still a 7.5 here.

Because mos people thy are bashing the game didn't play the game or the demo. I bet most don't own a ps3 or have some agenda against it. It's The same type of People who bashed sony's conference when they had mor games than anyone else. These haters don't give a rats arse if the game is good, they only want it to be a bad score so it doesn't inflate the ps3 games scores. I don't get their obsession with "flop" and scores, to me its all About the game. There have been countless scores on gs I have disagreed with, and games that deserved better scores or games like odst and codmw-2/blops hat deserved way Less than they got. Gamespot isn't the only review site on he Internet. When the majority of scores are 9+ and gs rates it a 7.5 there is something up there.
Ok guys Infamous 2 got a 7.5 on GS, it flopped, end of story. If you look on metacritic the majority of reviewers gave it a 90+ and GS is an outlier. Just play the game, youll probably like it. If the lemmings are irritating you just ignore them, 7.5>nothing.

Can't speak for him, but I personally felt that this would be another case of a game being scored lower than the average like Halo Wars. :P

I'll pick it up down the line. GS has always had the highest quality reviews with which I near almost always agree with. I'm sure its a good game, as a 7.5 entails, but it has flaws, as the score also entails. People get so defensive over what is fundamentally still a good score.
A game that focuses on "gameplay" get's a 7.5 from gamespot. While a game like LA Noire which has absolutely no gameplay gets a 9. Interesting

i also ask this, gta 4 gets a 10 but it was a chore and just not fun but it got that because of how well they got it run so well and how great it was from a technical standpoint. Though I actually heard LA Noire was a great game i wonder if rockstar had nothing to do with this title would it still pull in the great reviews it has.
