Just kidding, it's shite. Some guy blurts out shit suppose to be profound while we looks at plastic models of people mocap acting with no gameplay, because there will be hardly any, and the stuff that does exist will be so shallow and short you won't care or remember it.

So more pre-rendered videos to try and give some relevance to the shit War Stories missions. War Stories was fucking terrible in BF1. Give us a proper campaign.

No one expects Battlefield campaigns to be good.

@tryit: @BassMan: I appreciate EA going back to WW1/2 and stuff, but the MP feels more the same from BF1. At this point, I'll just stick to Modern war games. Now that I think about it, I like to try out WW3 game.

I think given my age and how long I have been gaming I see things a little differently.

BF1942 came out in 2002 its now 2018. Shooters can not hold my interest for 16 years. I have family members who I had to explain because it their mind I have been doing that for 16 years. no....that would get really boring after awhile.

so to me I have moved on completely.

I like all the BF games except for Heroes. BF1 continues to be fun for me. So, I am excited for BFV. I will be playing WW3 when it releases in early access this week.

I have always played a variety of different games. I don't have time to play all the games I want. I would definitely get bored playing the same game or same type of game all the time.

I think it might be two fold for me.

1. I just ran its course for me

2. more importantly, the number of games and the time required in those games that have me more excited then shooters makes it not realistically possible for me to fit in shooters in my life even if I had 100% of all my days avaiable to me

I actually really liked the trailer. Unfortunately I won't be buying the game though. Military shooters don't grab my interest anymore.

I thought that trailer was really quite good myself.

its EA and DICE game. what to expect? they suck at SP. but so in MP too.

there was a thread in reset era when reveal trailer was reveal. mod edit the op and warn everyone to ban (and they did) who complain about authenticity of WW2.

I will admit, the beta was pretty weak. I'll wait for a sale on this one. The way DICE/EA have been doing, it won't take long before they do a "please buy this game!" sale like Battlefront 2.

Looks cool to me.... But then again, the BF1 campaign trailer looked cool too, and that turned out awful.

Judging by responses here, I guess I'm one of the few people who actually liked the two alphas and beta of Battlefield 5. There are things about it I don't like, sure, but overall as a package I find it to be quite fun. And DICE is really good at post-launch tweaking, even if some of the stuff should have been tweaked before release. Hopefully the delay has helped with that.
