If Nintendo wins e3, will you finally get a Wii U?

I am never going to let others opinions dictate what I spend money on.

Hype, unproven games, flashy trailers and promises means nothing to me whne it comes to console purchases, so if Nintendo were to win E3 it would change nothing.

That said I am already considering getting a Wii U this summer.

So many times this. Get the console when the games arrive, not when they get announced.

How can Nintendo win an event they haven't been to in years?

I'll probably pick one up eventually. There are some games I'd like on it, and even though I don't like the feel of the tablet, I'll appreciate having it for Remote Play. There would have to be some incredible announcements for me to grab the system any time soon though. My guess is that I'll grab one shortly before they discontinue it.

all consoles are children's consoles, so you technically own one already or are there not kids who play on xbox or playstation

I'll get one when it actually has a couple of games to make it worth while for me. E3 is just something to highlight what's to come.

I'm going to get one but I'm not sure when. Waiting for E3 to see if they announce a price drop. If not I may just wait for Black Friday. Enjoying my XBone and ps4 but I also enjoy first party Nintendo games. Just need a price that makes me jump.

Already own a Wii U because its library justifies the price I paid for it. I'll take all games on it from this point on as a bonus.

All depends on how good Zelda looks.

For them to win E3 in my eyes they are gonna need some major announcements in new or under used franchises.

It's all about that price tag yo, also having a release date for X and showing off Zelda Wii-U wouldn't hurt ether.

One day I just decided to stop believing everything that comes out of E3 and decided to think for myself....

I doubt anything they do at E3 will make me care, unless it's a price cut to $199.

They could use a hardware revision though. Maybe make the 32GB model $199, and introduce a 128GB model for $299, and revise the tablet so that it is less toylike and lasts longer. Any change of this happening? Knowing Nintendo, not a chance.

They would have to drop bombs. New F-Zero, New megaman, New Wario, Large world Pokemon, X releasing earlier than Expected, New FP and Tp metroid, New Starfox TP action adventure game, a real racing series, a new rated M franchise, 3DS player allowing 3DS and DS games to be played on the big screen but with upscaler so they don't look like 1005 shit but only 60% shit, getting some western devs.

im definately getting one for X. i may get one sooner though. smash bros, mario kart, x, w101, pikmin 3, mario world...the list is getting there.

nintendo isnt really turning up to E3 though. they will have a stand but thats not great for hype.

the winner of E3 is traditionally determined by those who have the best press conference. nintendo wont be having a conference so thats them at a disadvantage. they also dont store everything up for E3 so the direct they will be having probably wont have a big impact as a big E3 press conference.

Nope. I gave up on Nintendo consoles after the much under appreciated Gamecube. So no.

LMAO at "winning E3". I've lost complete hope when those Nintendo top brass morons were doing "snow boarding" on a Wii board! And that super amazing talented drummer, Ravi, playing drums with 2 Wiimotes, totally convinced me that John Bonham of Led Zeppelin is "still alive", all I needed was to play a few Led Zeppelin albums really LOUD on my Vinyl player.
