I'm one of you! I have 0 interest in the game and I won't even get it in bargain bin. Oh and I played all the games in the series bar that GTA London expansion, so I have almost a decade and a half of experience with GTA.

Can you maybe elaborate a little ?
I for one am looking forward to it, R* is one of my favorite devs.
I've played them all extensively because my family always enjoyed them when I was younger, and my friends enjoy them today, but I don't go out of my own way to play them. I doubt I'll buy it unless it's on a super deal, and running over people sounds fun, but it's not very high priority for me.
Its only on consoles for now, so I realy dont give a rats ass about it, I maybe buy it on a steam sale but thats about it. Not my type of game, it will get boring after 3 hours, not to mention the massive GB size it props come with, so it wont be worth installing.
You could always free up some space by deleting some of the not-Rockstar games. You know, the less good ones. Its only on consoles for now, so I realy dont give a rats ass about it, I maybe buy it on a steam sale but thats about it. I am the same as well, i was wondering why i felt different towards GTA4 compared to most. Strangely i enjoyed San Andreas and Red Dead Redemption but GTA just isnt doing it for me. Iv seen GTAV trailers and still no interest, its just meh in my eyes. Good to know my case is not isolated
That's easy. Just Cause 2 becomes boring as soon as you realize how little there is to do, and Saints Row 3 can be completed in ten hours.im kind of hyped. but I got just cause 2 on steam summer sale and saints row 3 just a few days ago. so im not sure if im gonna be into it when it comes out (Sandbox overkill)

This thread is just unbelievable. We all know GTA V will be the best game of this generation, so how can you not look forward to it?! Blows my mind.001011000101101
IMO, GTA4 was a pile of sh*t. I have no reason to look forward to V. The only Rockstar game I've enjoyed this gen is Max Payne 3 (simply amazing with very little flaws) but that's by Vancouver, not North. Last North game I enjoyed was San Andreas.

GTA IV is a masterpiece.GTA IV is a masterpiece.001011000101101
The gameplay is anything but that. You may hate SR3 but one thing that was definitely better was that I didn't need to fight the controls for basic movement or even turn a vehicle. I actually tried The Lost and Damned yesterday cause I've been watching SoA, and those reasons reminded me why I never bothered to play GTA4.

The driving in SR3 was horrible. Like driving on rails or something. Every single vehicle is so damn heavy. And don't get me started on how the handbrake works in that game.I'm really interested in the game, just not the console version which will be coming out first. I'll be waiting for the PC version.

Agreed. One can only hope that GTAV is gonna be more like San Andreas instead of IV. I'm going to wait and see if a Wii U version comes along later before I decide to get it or not.The driving in SR3 was horrible. Like driving on rails or something. Worked well for me, and I prefer the ones with more weight to them. Better than that floaty feeling of GTA4.

Not the game's fault. The driving in IV is perfect.im considerably excited since it is a local made game and im scottish so im definately supporting, whats insane is theres even people here who would never know it was developed in our Capital.
Im defo hyped, theres a ton of inside jokes for scottish folks in the gta games like.
the 2 bridges of San Fierro directly mimick the Forth rail/road crossing just down the road.
Bawsaq is a take on the word bawsack which is slang for scrotum.
Number plates on some cars referece football teams like gers, celts, hibs, hearts etc.
Sounds strange but im hyped for what nods they have planned for gtaV.
And ironically LA Noire - which was a great game I admit - wasn't even made by Rockstar, but by Team Bondi, a dev team which no longer exists...I loved Max Payne 3 and no disrespect for Rockstar, but GTA series have gotten incredibly stale. Salt_The_FriesRockstar had to intervene in the development for LA Noire, so techically they did have a hand in it. I think Team Bondi's creative director/project director was kind of a megadouche, and R* was unsatisfied with what the team came up with.
And honestly, it's tough to say the series has gotten incredibly stale when most of the main entries are a good few years apart from each other.
GTA 4 was boring and very mediocre for me, so I don't care if this game gets 10's and all that again, i'm waiting till a price drop i'm talking about under 10 bucks.
I've never have been interested in GTA, though I do like a lot of aspects of it.nintendoboy16
^this.
I don't care for the game but the graphics and openess look impressive.
