How many games do you buy per year?

WAY over 15. I think I counted the gmaes I bought this gen to be around 310, but that is ofcourse 6 years. So 50 a year or so in average.
I average about 2 a month. I haven't kept track about the number of games I buy. Sometimes I buy 4 at a time. 24 is an average number.
I don't think a lot about the number of games I get - on average - in a year because it does vary. However, in the past 2 - 2 1/2 months, I picked up 7 game deals on Amazon, 2 Xbox 360 games, and the God of War Saga has 5 included in it. Other than those, I got several good deals through Steam.
This last month I technically got 80 games included with an atgames portable Sega Genesis, and 75 games were included in an Atari Flashback 4.
Edit: Interesting how there are 'over 15' votes for that poll option :)
This year I purchased: Kid Icarus: Uprising, Kid Icarus 3D Classics (I got it when I preordered KI: Uprising), Art Style Pictobits, Bastion,Beneath a Steel Sky, Fallout, Costume Quest, Stacking, Psychonauts, Dragonsphere, Lure of the Temptress, Madworld, The Sly Collection, Teen Agent, Tyrion 2000, Ultima IV Quest for the Avatar, Treasure Adventure Game, Portal 2, Thief Gold, Thief 2, Nintendo Land, and Rockstar Games Collection Edition 1.
Bought about 34 this year.
the real question here is from where you guys find the time to play 15+ games in a year? Most of you guys must be the kind that start too many games and never beat any... Right? And if you beat any it most be an 8 hours cookie cutter FPS game I bet. Right?

Nah I didn't beat all the games I bought this year, but I played quite a few RPGs this year that were in my backlog.
I also beat 34 games this year, not all of those games were games I bought this year though. I do have a backlog of games from previous years; however, I played quite a few games for more than 20 hours, and a a bunch were RPGs.
MotorStorm Pacific Rift - 30 hours
Eternal Sonata - 34 hours
Mass Effect 3 - 25 hours
Dark Souls - 84 hours
Final Fantasy XII - 80 hours
Advance Wars Dual Strike - 20 hours
Assassin's Creed II - 35 hours
Tales of Vesperia - 40 hours
There were also games that I went through multiple times to get the platinum
Dark Souls
Uncharted 3
Rayman Origins
Resistance 3
I just have free time over the summer after work, and over the year after work and school.
I don't like the term "backlog"--it exhibits traits of being a junkie, that "omg I've better make some time to around to these games" vibe. I will say that I'll pick up a game here and there based on release date, sales, and future availability. If there's a game that interests me, one that isn't to popular, I'll pick it up on a sale before its hard to get, even if I play it a year or two later. For example, I bought a PS3 when the slim came out. I bought MGS4 and Uncharted with it. I didn't play MGS4 until a month or two ago.the real question here is from where you guys find the time to play 15+ games in a year? I've bought probably 20 + games this year at a minimum... will take too much time to remember all of them.... but I've bought about 15 or so in just the past few months.

You should know better than to assume things about people
I put 3 or less because that is the rough average for full retail priced games I buy per year. If you count steam sales easily 15+ a year.
