How low do you think the CPU and GPU will fall on the PlayStation 5

It's 3.5Ghz variable, 3.5Ghz is the peak frequency possible.

Why does it matter how low it drops? As long as it hits and maintains the max frequency when needed (10.3 tflops) I'll be happy. From what we have heard, it should have no problem maintaining optimal performance.

Because it drops frequency based upon power usage, that means the heavier the load (the most graphically intensive games) the weaker the console gets.

It's literally the opposite of what should be happening.

Of course it matters how low it drops, because with these games you're lauding about which will have these amazing graphics the console gets computationally weaker when running them. Do you not understand this? The console has to detune in order to keep its power level in check, it's a preposterous method of handling things.

When you need these frequencies and compute the most the system degrades its performance.
