Holifuk 2 10/10 rated games in span of days from gamespot. Glad I preordered both all the way back from Jan. PS4 wins yet again, what a lineup.

@jasonofa36: you need to wait a year at least for the release on multiplatform and next sequel is eh, around 5 - 6 years later. Spoiler aerith is dead somewhwre in that episode.

@sakaixx: NISA probably would, but I think there were more people asking for CS4 afaik, that's why it was announced first. Also YS IX was released later than CS4.

Wow PS4 has 2 10 games within couple of weeks. That is why I like the PS console over the others. They get full support til the very end of each gen.

Sucks that Sony is paying to delay the release on other platforms. Although I own a Pro I'll wait until next gen to play it. Rather play the trilogy within the same gen.

Hardly setting meta critic on fire. One snippet did say that the game is heavily padded with downtime between the major stuff. So it really is a game with hardly any hours of substance, but the price is really worth it right? Modern generation of nickel and diming smucks.

Good time to be a PS4 owner. Feel sorry for Xbox fans cape-ing for a company that always phones it in.

Since TLOU2 got delay for no good reasons, (and yes, I'm aware of covid-19 crisis and it's understandable) I decided to go ahead and buy FF7 Remake in its place. Kudos for FF7 Remake 10/10 and I was going for 9.

Just watched the review from ACG. Game is fun but definitely has some issues. Textures seem to be one of them; both PS4 and Pro version.

Seems like JRPGs are hitting Gamespot sweet spot.

So freaking hyped for this and after the demo an easy day one for me!!

Also not a PS4 exclusive to be fair..

PS4 having a very strong year, good way to end the generation.

The score should be divided by the number of episodes until the other episodes come out and then the scores are averaged together.

But even if you take out scores of playstation centric publications like GameSpot and Playstation Magazine the game is scoring well.

From the footage I've seen it does a good job recreating the world yet still evocating nostalgia.
