Well there was Fatal Frame. It was scary but I didn't play it much. The only horror like games I have is Castlevania games(they may not be scary but they still have that kind of setting).

If I considered Resident Evil scary, it'd be right before Fatal Frame. :D

silent hill 1 gave me the creeps when i played it as a kid, and i didnt think there would be a disturbing game as silent hill until i played fatal frame. so my hats off to silent hill and fatal frame games.
