The movie has been getting flamed pretty badly, very few critics reviews were positive, and all my friends who saw it agreed, I don't really want to see a bad movie get an even worse then normal game.
It doesn't have the qualities to be a great video game. Sure it would be fun beating up crims for a while, but would it not then get repetetive, like the Spiderman games that tied in with all 3 films? Film videogames are usually determined to fail, or at least not fullfil the kickass potential that it's movie counterpart did. Goldeneye 007 worked because the story was doled out scathingly, it could have been a shooter not based on Bond, and bar for a few levels that are close to the film, noone would be able to tell the difference. Having said that, sales would have suffered. I think I may have gone into this way too far, but it's my opinion so yknow :P
Now that you've mentioned a Hancock game one is probably going in to development right now....for 2 months and the end product is going to be ..............atrocious........
