I can't wait to get my hands on this game. Every site so far is saying this could be the greatest action game of all time. Check these reviews so far:

It is kind of shocking. I didn't expect it to be so good but I'm really pleased with the reviews so far.

Sorry but this game does not compare to GEOW or oblivion (not taking anything away from GOW2). You know what is funny PS3 is the only game system with no AAA.

Why is this game getting reviewed so early?! It doesn't come out for a month!!Super-Mario-Fan

I know, I wish the sites saved the reviews for when the game comes out. The hype might die down for the game if the reviews are all out a month before the game is actually out. The game isn't out until March.

Edit: But then again, pre orders may go way up because of the early reviews.

I don't know what that guy is talking about, however I want to know why God of War 2 will not be better than Gears of War and Oblivion. I've finished both God of War and Gears of War, and God of War is the better game, in my opinion.

I don't know what that guy is talking about, however I want to know why God of War 2 will not be better than Gears of War and Oblivion. I've finished both God of War and Gears of War, and God of War is the better game, in my opinion.

Well a 9.6 is pretty hard to beat and that is what both of those got. GEOW got GOTY. Now GOD 2 will probably be good but lets be realistic. How many games can get better than a 9.6. I'm guessing as GOW will get as low as 8.5-9.3 at the highest. Sequeals usually never score better than the orginal. Especailly in the same generation. (MP 9.7 MP2 9.2, Halo 9.7 Halo 2 9.4, KOTOR 9.1 KOTOR 2 8.5, GT3 9.6 GT4 8.9. The list goes on. Squeals typically do worst in reviews) Now obviously some will perfer GOD2 over GEOW but were using gamespot and the chances of this game getting better than a 9.6 is very low. Its not like we are compareing this game to just any good games. These are like one of the best games out right now. The highest scored next gen titles. Its going to be hard for this game to be better than them. And one is a GOTY.

...Okay. You never said that you were referring to Gamespot scores. I thought you were referring to the games themselves because you said that GoW2 cannot be compared to them.

I think it will score a 9.2 from GS. It doesn't have enough new about it to make it better than the original

Sorry but this game does not compare to GEOW or oblivion (not taking anything away from GOW2). You know what is funny PS3 is the only game system with no AAA.

Wait what no GOW 3. When did I say that. All I said was the game will probably not be better and GEOW or Oblivion and that PS3 right now is the only game system with no AAA titles. Where did you get not GOW 3 from?

I don't know what that guy is talking about, however I want to know why God of War 2 will not be better than Gears of War and Oblivion. I've finished both God of War and Gears of War, and God of War is the better game, in my opinion.

Well a 9.6 is pretty hard to beat and that is what both of those got. GEOW got GOTY. Now GOD 2 will probably be good but lets be realistic. How many games can get better than a 9.6. I'm guessing as GOW will get as low as 8.5-9.3 at the highest. Sequeals usually never score better than the orginal. Especailly in the same generation. (MP 9.7 MP2 9.2, Halo 9.7 Halo 2 9.4, KOTOR 9.1 KOTOR 2 8.5, GT3 9.6 GT4 8.9. The list goes on. Squeals typically do worst in reviews) Now obviously some will perfer GOD2 over GEOW but were using gamespot and the chances of this game getting better than a 9.6 is very low. Its not like we are compareing this game to just any good games. These are like one of the best games out right now. The highest scored next gen titles. Its going to be hard for this game to be better than them. And one is a GOTY.

...Okay. You never said that you were referring to Gamespot scores. I thought you were referring to the games themselves because you said that GoW2 cannot be compared to them.

It is the only thing we can use here to compare the games since there nothing alike. And the TC was talking about the reviews and I was responding to someone saying it "a PS2 game is getter better reviews than any xbox1.5 game" So yeah we were talking about review score.

Who knows? PS2 might have its first in a long time GOTY award....... Well its possible....... I don't understand why people are already pushing the game out of this.

So it hasn't won a little Gamespot prize in the last five years. Oh no!!

The Gamecube basically swept the GOTY awards last gen.

Metroid Prime,Windwaker and RE4... The rest went to WoW and GTA3
