[QUOTE="ianuilliam"]6.5? Ouch. GI hands out 10's like candy at Halloween...

Really? Will repost this here
Gameinformer gave Modern Warefare Reflex the same score (6.5)
From the MWR review:
"Someday a developer might come up with an FPS control scheme that works on the Wii. Today is not that day".
From the Goldeneye Wii review
"Don't bother playing this without a ****c Controller Pro".
From GI's Metroid Prime Trilogy review
"Aiming and panning your view with the remote is inferior in every way to the traditional scheme from the GameCube titles. Since there is no way to play with a ****c or GameCube controller, you're stuck playing good last-gen games with a gimpy waggle interface. The Metroid Prime series is still strong, but even new players who never picked up the originals would be better served tracking them down in bargain bins than struggling through this subpar collection."
See a pattern emerging?
From IGN:
"That said, honestly, the game has some of the best Wii Remote controller support seen in a first-person shooter, and with practice it's clear that the quick and direct aiming of the Wii pointer is the true way to play this game. The Remote support is second only to The Conduit's crazy OCD level of customization, but in GoldenEye you have full input on pointer sensitivity, rotation speed, invert look, and other options, and everything you adjust is saved and applied to individual profiles that you can utilize in multiplayer."
It means some people can get behind and adjust to motion controls and some can't? Seriously though, I have played a few Wii shooters in my time, it's just a different adjustment, but sooner or later I realize the controller IS perfect for shooters, we just needed shooters to be fun to play and worthwhile on the system.Well there you have it, the GI people are Dual Analog lovers and don't realize its the worst way to play an FPS :P.
