No Man's Sky is coming to PC. If anything it might be delayed a little for Sony to have exclusive first day access.

There is like 10000 procedurally generated indie games, only thing that makes this one special is the art style, i don't care even if it is PS4 exclusive

They have only confirmed the release date for PS4 version. But the wikipage of the game still says platforms to be announced. And GS didn't removed PC from the listed platforms for the game. So it will be just a PS4 timed exclusive.

I know I'll get the PS4 version.

If this is true (and I don't know if it is), it seems rather silly to limit their audience for this game. But to be honest, I'm starting to lose hype for the game because we don't even know what the hell it is about or how it plays.

The game will debut on PS4 and then it'll be released on other platforms . The game was built for PC first , so that version is already up and running . I won't be surprised if it comes on Xbox One as well .

I am still not sure about this game , but it looks cool . We'll have Squadron 42 (Star Citizen's Single Player-Prequel) on PC in 2015 , which is my 2nd most anticipated game ..... Right next to Witcher 3 . Then there is Elite Dangerous this year and Star Citizen itself , early 2016 . By the time , we're done with those games , this game will already be on sale on Steam .

It would be a mistake to just launch the game on the PS4. I'm sure they know that. Their audience on the PS4 is going to be a fraction of what it would be on the PC. Console players outside of System Wars aren't going to stop playing their military shooters for a game focused on exploration. Sony probably secured some timed exclusive rights.

No official announcements have been made but the devs have never once said it's exclusive to any platform. If it was a Sony exclusive you can bet your ass they would have said so during E3 when they had the game on their stage. The game will be hitting every platform it can in the long run. We'll see PS4, Xbox One, and PC version and maybe even some sort of a mobile version in the future.

not "probably" it's a fact. After the flood in December Sony helped them to get back up. They even said that they are only focusing on PS4 right now, so if the game ends up coming to other platforms it will be much later after the PS4 version is made and shipped.

that's just how it is. Devs make more money on consoles. Especially when all herms do is wait for Steam sales to amass as many games as they can. Like 99% of PC revenue comes from F2P.

Also you're comparing the sales of two platforms to one. The PC version has still sold over 16 million with absolutely nobody taking a cut due to platform specific licensing fees so the profit margins were much higher. Basically your argument makes no sense, especially the whole gibberish about PC gamers waiting for steam sales and 99% of revenue made from F2P games. Are you also going to hate on F2P games when they become common on the PS4?

The master race has exclusives specifically built for the master race and can also play filthy console games at way better settings.

So in the end the master race wins, that's all that matters.

It will come to PC. The devs have developed and ported for PC before, they know how important it is, and it shouldn't be too hard to port anyways.

Would be stupid to not port, unless they have a contract of exclusivity.

Sony doesn't have the money to make this more than a timed Exclusive. So in three months later PC, X1 versions bet on it.

I own both as well, however, I seem to be missing the best of PS4 right now, cause there are no games.
