Actually whether your being sarcastic or not, i think 360 owners should seriously re-think their console after seeing and hearing all these facts that most of them probably weren't aware of, because as a consumer knowing what i learned from these video's i would never buy a 360.

actually if you knew any thing you'd know at gamespot the ps3 has like 6 AAA titles im going by gamerankings.com and by that site the ps3 has one AAA and thats oblivion otherwise it has no AAA or AAAE games.

People also said that because of Sega Dreamcast's 1 year's headstart, internal modem and games like NFL 2k, Soul Calibur, Ready to Rumble and other hit titles that it would beat out the PS2 but we all know how that ended, don't we.

So if i were you i wouldn't go by the short passage of time, triple A titles and sales just yet where Sony's involved.

Trust me you ain't seen nothing yet.

PS3 is beating 360 worldwide for 2007.. in 2008 so far, but not in sales in NA. Also those games you list a good amount of them are multi plat.

P.S: ps3 beat the 360 in console sales by only about 1m every thing else? 360 owned it, and it only sold that many in sales because people wanted a cheap blu ray player, and after 3 price drops, and 2 fire sale sku phase outs. if they hadn't dropped the price 3 times and kept they're original 2 sku's they wouldn't be past 10 million world wide sales still.

You don't have to i found a brand new 60gig on ebay recently which used to sell new for $599.00, i got it for $485.00 and their still out there and they have the PS2 chipset in them so there's your backwards compatibility in addition to the extra sd card slots and usb ports.

If he is twelve, then how sad is that ?, because that means even a twelve year old knows all the facts on which console is the true champ and all the facts that support why it is, and you older 360 guy's don't, pretty pathetic don't you think?

This kid in the video reminds me of VenomfangX, if anyone knows who he is, and how much of an embarassment he is.

The truly sad part though, is this probably 14 year old kid, decided to waste hours of his life to make a 9 minute video defending his purchase of a ps3. It's like he has something that he has to proove to himself, and by making this video he is just trying to convince his subconsious that he made the right purchase. He is filled with doubt, and uncertainty. I pity this person, and hope he comes to the realization that the only person he is fooling is, sadly, himself.

I think i've posted enough.

First VG charts...NOT CREDIBLE.

Second, MS already anounced they had 15+mil live subscriberes(during last GDC) and before that at the CES, Gates said they had 14+mil live subscribers.

Third 360 had 17 mil in january and it has since passed that mark and sold about 18.5mil(source: your own VG Charts !)

Fourth The PS3 has shipped about 10mil consoles, but it sold around 9.6mil worldwide(Source:VG charts and Gamespot last quartar report)

Fifth So both system are selling good, but what does that do for us? Why does it matter if PS3 games are not seling or if its not AAA, they are still GAMES and they are meant to be PLAYED(beyond), not argued with. Say a game is good(Okami), but didn't sell, will you still avoid it because you can't argue its sales, or will you buy it for the sake of enjoyment(what the consoles represent).

thing is I just wouldnt of been able to live with myself without Halo 3, you can say I bought the 360 because of Halo 3 at that time but now... eh

ps3 has world wide 10 million sales in consoles, they have only at last count 3-4million users on a free service.

Xbox 360 has 17 million sales in consoles, they have 10 million xbox live users a paid service....

Ok, the main and only reason the 360 sold as many units as it did it's first year out was because it was the only next gen system out for an entire year, which is exactly why it got a jump on the online subscribers as well.

Look what you wrote the 360 has sold 17 million in consoles thus far and the PS3 10 million in console sales, well thats pretty damn good for Sony since the PS3 has only been out half the time that the 360 has don't ya' think.

By the way since the 360 has been out longer it stands to reason that it has more games, which are playable on live, Sony's games whether exclusive or multiplatform are played online but they just don't have the quantity of the 360's library because of the 360 1 year headstart.

So please factor in all the logical reasons for the difference in sales totals and online subscribers before posting because the time frame here is a major fact that you left out.

Second, MS already anounced they had 15+mil live subscriberes(during last GDC) and before that at the CES, Gates said they had 14+mil live subscribers.

Third 360 had 17 mil in january and it has since passed that mark and sold about 18.5mil(source: your own VG Charts !)

Fourth The PS3 has shipped about 10mil consoles, but it sold around 9.6mil worldwide(Source:VG charts and Gamespot last quartar report)

Fifth So both system are selling good, but what does that do for us? Why does it matter if PS3 games are not seling or if its not AAA, they are still GAMES and they are meant to be PLAYED(beyond), not argued with. Say a game is good(Okami), but didn't sell, will you still avoid it because you can't argue its sales, or will you buy it for the sake of enjoyment(what the consoles represent).

the reason why the PS3 has only 10M units sold is because it is released a year after the 360 and the price is too high for the majority of the gamers to afford. The reason why the wii has 22 M units sold in just a year is because it gained so much popularity and costs lesser than the other two competing systems. Who was it that showed tech demo after tech demo and cgi scenes making out this is what we could expect from the ps3. sony did.

Who made out that the ps3 regardless of release would dominate the gaming scene upon release and all its games would be amazing....cows... so by that measurement not selling as much because of year later release is a poor excuse because by sony words and cow belief the ps3 should be at 30m sales by now....(and in a recent article by sony that says the 360 hasn't reached beyond the FPS audiance they expect 20 million sales a year in the next 2 years)

Oh and who cares about scores? casuals do.
Casuals make up 70-80% of this market and without the scores the casuals will not buy the system or the games, Without casuals the ps3 will fail. if scores and reviews made no difference then there would be no money in it, and therefor they would not review games or give them scores.

Reviews, SCores, Word of mouth have been around since the dawn of humanity without it URG would not have found out about the great hunting grounds Darg visited back in the stone age.

And without good scores and good reviews casuals will not buy a system or its games.

Yea Sony made a big mistake by putting the PS3 for 600$ which scared the crap out of people, but now that they dropped the price I think the Ps3 will sell just as many as the 360

Wii surpassed because of the cheaper price, the games are intended for a younger audience and MOTION SENSING

Damn, i could've sworn i saw 18.5mil 360 lead a few days back.......just proves my point its not very accurate. They shift their numbers the day NPD sales are revealed, thats why they seem to have accurate predictions of past months. And i just used VG charts to get to fanboys.

And you are wrong, a game's worth cannot be aseen by sales. Reemember 50cent bullet proof? The game got heavy marketing but was ver, very poor, but it sold very well(about 2mil) due to marketing and the 50cent name....while Psychonauts was a very good game and sold poorly the same year, despite being a good game. Many bad games sell well due to marketing and good games fail becuase of it.
