i still think it's crap to say that EA is bad. Sure, they release alot of games, more misses than hits....but they do hit at times, and thats more than some devs can say. I wouldn't actually choose EA to develop my favorite game or anything, but its not like they're utter crap.
These are all decent companies that make good games. But Ubisoft gets money from the Canadian and French government and thus loses some legitimacy. The Ubisoft team is pretty good. I agree that most Ubisoft games are overhyped. Ubisoft games that were 8s but got 9s due to massive overhype: Prince of Persia Beyond Good & Evil GRAW
Ubisoft, at least EA publishes some great stuff like The Sims and Simcity 4, Burnout. Not to mention it has some great sports games like Fight Night and NCAA Football.

Ubisoft makes the same old stealth game year after year and crappy ports of Playstation 2 games on the Wii. I bet the sheep are not happy with that.

Last gen i woud have said EA is worse no question but this gen its seems ubisoft is only capable of making good 360 games and of those there only tom clancy games and I hate thos egames ( except splinter cell coop but thats it)

POP is one of my top 10 favorite games of all time.

EA is def far worse, they ruined the Bond games, made terrible LOTR games, they produce the same game every six months and call it a new one (this covers all the sports games they release). they are raping 360 owners with their extortionately high priced micro transactions. i dont see that there is any competition really. Ubisoft has made some phenomenal games over the years, prince of persia series, Splinter cell, rainbow 6, Ghost recon. and it looks like they have some great titles in the works such as assassins creed. oh and btw why did the TC add MGS? sony lapdog?
EA make lame sports rehashes and close down studios for their own financial sake, Ubisoft make crap Wii games, and MS didn't make Crackdown. They PUBLISHED Crackdown. Also, Motorstorm. 7.9 LOLOLOOLOLOO TEH MOTORFLOPZ

EA is unscrupulous. Ubisoft is becoming more unscrupulous. EA is somewhat redeeming themselves on the Wii. Ubisoft is condemning themselves on the Wii.
I do not really like any of the games they put out, making me lucky to not have to buy them. EA is worse, only because they have swindled me far too many times and will do so no further. BF2 was the last straw.
oh god definitely EA, for those who play Battlefield 2 know what Im talking about, there are friggin hackers everywhere and those who dont hack get kicked by punkbuster cuz they have Vista :(
I find it so amusing that EA who markets some of the best games gets so much grief. Before you go and lamely hammer EA, think about the great games they put out that we keep buying like the Battlefield Series (1942 and 2 etc.), Burnout, Madden, C&C etc. If you're on top you are always a target.

Just because you are getting your butt handed to you don't immediately go crying hack. The thing I hate about BF2 is the constant cries of hacks like this. Practice and play better and realized that its not them its you.
Well I've been enjoying GRAW 2 a lot lately, however EA screws up everything they touch, Battlefield 2 being a great example (the game could've been the greatest multiplayer game ever, but it was BROKEN).

both of those games highly deserved the 9-scores they got. i also kinda hated the direction prince of persia took after Sands of Time. and to the guys talking about burnout/criterion, ea's owned and run Criterion as an ea studio since before burnout 3 came out, but i don't think they had much involvement in 3 compared to everything afterward.
