Uhhh...of course it does. Clever devs managed to pull off HDR on the PS2.

If you're questioning whether or not any game has HDR, all you need to do is stare at the sun and see whether the "exposure" adjusts.

The 360 is the only machine on earth that could handle HDR and anit-aliasing simultaneuosly when the game was launched. Perfect Dark Zero also used HDR extensively. By the way, the PS3 can't handle both HDR and AA at the same time, so Bethesda disabled anti-aliasing.

What the hell is this doing in System Wars? And of course Xbox 360 has HDR. The PS3 has it too. HDR is last-gen.

The Xbox 360 has a seperate 10 MB of eDRAM dedicated solely for anti-aliasing and HDR (if not, just anti-aliasing). The PS3's GPU was just an old video card with a new name slapped on it, and it doesn't have any seperate eDRAM, so it suffers performance loss when trying to enable anti-aliasing.

It was most definitely not the only machine that could do it at the time. A PS3 most definitely can do HDR and AA at the same time (Resistance does it), and even with Oblivion you could enable HDR + AA on ATI X1000 series video cards.

Does anyone even play Oblivion with AA anyways.....HDR is much better IMO. I mean I have an Nvidia card so I can't run HDR + AA simulatenously either.

Aside from his first statement, he's pretty much right. The eDRAM is a framebuffer, its not dedicated to either of those tasks. It's massive bandwidth certainly helps for MSAA though (although the 10MB limit poses its own problems).

As for RSX, it's largely based on Nvidia 7800 tech. Like all PC GPU's, your performance goes down when using MSAA.

I don't think it had any AA, at least I don't remember the screenshots having any. I might be wrong, I'll have to check,

Xenos sounds like a super-weapon in a sci-fi movie. "The only way we can defeat the aliens is with the Xenos! Take this you mother*******!!!!!!!!!!! RAAAAHHHHHHH!!!"

The following scene shows the aliens laughing at the silly human who happens to be The Rock. The Rock then dies.
