Sea of Thieves, crackdown are all shit. They haven't made a decent halo in awhile. What do they have left?

They don't need redundant exclusives that all have the same third person formula with different skins. They make money hand over fist and are going to take over the world.

MS and their ilk called lemmings have been ABSOLUTELY destroyed this gen. Flop after flop, being so far behind PS4 in almost everything games, sales, PSN,...

Just look at this site, the biggest lemmings have gone in exile this gen because they couldn't take the ownage.

Real talk, I'm trying to think of a game that would make me go out and buy a Xbox 1. I can't think of anything. Cuphead maybe. There isn't a Mass Effect 1 or Shadow Complex that would make me go out and purchase a console. Nothing.

Ori series and Cuphead.

I still very much expected Gears 5, and Halo Infinite to be stellar games.

@n64dd: Sea of thieves is great fun. Very different game from launch. Gears will always sell well, Halo is still going strong, Ori is highly anticipated, Forza more or less rules, Cuphead will be a solid seller....and then theres the upcoming games from all the studios they bought and created.

Of course they do. Halo, Gears of War, Cuphead, and Ori are all still great games. They still also have numerous IPs with they could do stuff with like Fable, Lost Odyssey, and a variety of Rare IPs. Also who knows what games Ninja Theory and the new development studio, The Initiative, will be making.

@sealionact: I got it for Christmas and played it for the first time a few weeks back. Didn’t seem like there was much to it other than sailing to different islands to fight skeletons and look for treasure. There is also only the sniper rifle and pistol which hold only 5 rounds each before you have to retreat back to the ship to replenish ammo. The sword was kind of fun.

Imagine not being able to play the best exclusive shooter franchise, best sim and arcade racing franchise, best exclusive indis, best third person shooter franchise, the better of the two Titanfalls - and replace all those with japanese shovelware and boring third person movie games.

I think I’d quit gaming if it weren’t for Xbox.

They really need to improve the next Halo and GeOW and turn them back into 9 rated games because otherwise having only one great exclusive will be embarrassing.

It's supposed to be an Expansion from what I heard. Similar to Far Cry: New Dawn in a way as far as DLC/Expansion goes.

You guys have no idea of what potentially new IP's Microsoft has up it's sleeve, they did buy up quite a number of developers as well. Only morons would think that Microsoft has nothing left. The five out of ten given for Crackdown 3 is done by a small group of people's opinion on this site. I'll wait for a larger group of people to give their opinion. On Metacritic it is sitting over 6 and it may go up or down depending.

Best exclusive shooter franchise? I would argue that Uncharted and Splatoon are both better than Halo these days.

Best Sim and Arcade Racing Fanchise? Forza is available on PC

Best Exclusive Indies? Yup, they exist on PC. PC is the indie king. Only console I would get indies on is the switch and that is because of its handheld nature.

Best Third Person Shooter? Also on PC. Also, Splatoon 2 and Uncharted are still better.

Titanfalls? Both Are available on PC.
