Do you plan on picking up Watchdogs 3

I wouldn’t mind picking it up myself sometime, maybe not right away though. I played the first one and had some fun with it. Thought it was an ok enough game. Didn’t get around to the sequel though. No reason in particular as to why not, was probably just too busy with other games. This one looks kind of neat with how you can basically play as any character.

More than likely. I didn't care much for the first two, but I love the idea as playing as anyone. Gives me Driver San Francisco vibes, and that's never a bad thing.

Someone will surely make a best character guide, I'll probably skip it to be honest.

Recruiting hooligans and granny's sounds cool, but nah. Watch Dogs has never been that interesting for me.

Still not played 2 thought 1 was ok the London setting is what interests me the most.

Sure I will at some point. The open world, play-as-anyone gimmick sounds fun - it sold me on The Nomad Soul way back, even if it did turn out to be less cool then than it was in my head. Mainly I just want to mess around in a re-imagined London.

Watch Dogs 2 soured me on the franchise. I didn't care for the hipster SJW shit they had going on in it. This one does look better, but it is not a high priority for me. All the hacking shit doesn't really appeal to me as much as it did in the first game either. Now it is all just visual clutter and distractions on the screen.

Also, how interesting is the story going to be if we are jumping around between all these people?

Wasn't too interested before, but every since that Uplay event, it looks like they made some great improvements to it. Hope it is good.

I don't know probably not but I actually liked the original Watch Dogs although Ubisoft really tainted it with the graphics downgrade but I like the dark tone of it and the combat was surprisingly good. WD2 was ok at best but man the characters where annoying hipsters the best part of that game was calling the cops on random NPC's it was funny as shit. As for the new game I feel they really jumped the shark it looks more like a Saints Row game then a WD's game. I wish the series would go back to it's roots and make a darker tone game instead of this silly shit.

It's very clear the RPG mechanics aren't there to enhance the enjoyment of the game, they are designed specifically to frustrate people into buying Ubipoints, it's at the very core of the design.

I got Watch Dogs 2 for free a few weeks ago and only played about 40 mins of it. Doubt ill play any more I just cant seem to get into it.

Probably not. Watch Dogs always had a problem with tone. First one was too grumpy and serious, so the second one switched to the diametrically opposite, and just ended up obnoxious. This one reminds me horribly of Resident Evil 5, which can't seem to make up its mind whether it's camp or serious.

Yeah, not to get too tone-policey about it, but I had the same issue with Far Cry from 3 onward. My money's on all Ubi stuff being deliberately hammy, as of FC4, but some of the incidental dialogue is so flat, it's hard to tell for sure.

I really enjoy the first Watch Dogs, was really new when it release around the time both PS4/Xbox One were still new to the gaming world and for its time, it look really good on PS4, cool gadgets and hacking stuff along the way and plus, I still dig the Deadmau5 cameo. Watch Dogs 2 really lost me with all this hipster BS, I barely could finish the game and really lost my interest in this franchise.

Now for Watch Dogs: Legion, I like what I'm seeing and has somewhat restored my interest in the series but I sure ain't gonna buy it. I'll be playing it though Uplay+ sub.

I enjoyed Watch Dogs 1 for its gameplay, but 2 was just obnoxious with its dialogue and style that was not funny or charming.

i'm not sold in Legion but i'm not dismissing it yet either.

I'll pick it up when it's heavily reduced in price.

I really enjoyed Watch Dogs, and eventhough it felt like a wannabe GTA, it still felt fresh and engaging in its own way.

Also I didn't get the hate for Aiden that most people had.

But Watch Dogs 2 was just a letdown, I don't even know why I bought it, apart from it being a techdemo:

I liked both Watch Dogs and Watch Dogs 2 , so I'm interested.

Bu bu but you can recruit anybody on the street!!! Its incredible. You can recruit a granny and do the exact same shit you've been doing in every single open world Ubi game, but this time around, the skin of your character is a granny. Innovative as f*ck, bwoiii.

I still need to play the 2nd game, got bored with the first though.
