Bros before pixels.Verge_6
I actually lol'd. Basically this if you plan on playing online. If not, then get it on whatever system has the controller you prefer the most.
Bros before pixels.Verge_6
This.
Plus making a level and having your friends play in it makes the experience better.
The 360 version hands down.
i dont think we have any real basis for comparisons at the moment. I have a ps3 so will be getting the ps3 version. but if you have a choice I would wait for the real comparisons.
The devs have sad that the ps3 version has the edge... but then again, rockstar said something similar about GTA4... and the less said about that the better :s
I am also worried why there have been no real hands on sessions with the ps3 version, espcially if the devs are so happy with it.
[QUOTE="PS_John"]Get for PS3 because it will run better and with bluray there is more room for better graphicsGrady420
??? I look forward to the day when people realize that memory does not mean better graphics.
Okay then explain this
I searched for a mario image and it was 57.94 KB
Then searched for KillZone 2 and it was 351.11 kB
So is it just a coincidence that killzone 2 looks 6x better and takes up 6x the space?
360. There will be more than 5 players on the 360. Seriously with Resistance 2 this game is gonna sell like crap on PS3.Kratos_OMEGA
I disagree  because I will be getting both. They both offer something unique so I will have to buy each to experience it.

Not a coincidence. .
It's a still image, the larger the file sizem would normally point to the amount of pixels in it.
You're not talking about pictures, your speaking of diskspace. Hardware is what dictates picture quality in games, not size.
Take Crysis for instance, that's how much GB? 6? Yet it's about ... 100x better looking then Killzone2.

Yes so PS3 can store like 3x the amount of textures to make the graphics look better

Correct, Blu Ray can indeed store all them textures. Sadly, the PS3 can't render them.
Although, texture packs dont take up that much room, so Blu Ray is pointless, for that kind of thing.

PS_John
Say what you want but I know i'm right..
I got more proof to back myself up
On gametrailers a 720p killzone 2 video that's 1 minute long is 20MB
So 1 Minute = 20mb
60 Minutes = 1200mb
15 Hours = 18000mb
How is the xbox 360 going to fit 18gb onto a single disk like a PS3 can without downgrading the graphics?
Haha! You are serious. Wow, stop posting before you make yourself look more ridiculous.

either the best fakeboy we have left, of the most aloof cow. either way, kudos john, you bring the smiles.
playing shooters with the ds3 is like cutting down a tree with a butterknifemephisto_11

The developers...atleast by praising the merit of the PS3 hardwarre a few times in comparison to the 360.Who says Ps3 will have better graphics?
Nugtoka
360. There will be more than 5 players on the 360. Seriously with Resistance 2 this game is gonna sell like crap on PS3.Kratos_OMEGAYou could say the same with Gears of War also around the corner....
The game is pretty similar on both systems.
Achievements, controller, online. Would be probably the 3 biggest differences so decide which of those things matter you the most and buy it for that.
is PS_John real? No. He's an illusion sent by Jesus to make your wildest dreams come true.
