So Dante is a playable character through the entire game? Does anyone know if he's unlockable? How will it work?

Well, do you have a PS3? If not you should really consider getting a PS2 since it's only $120 with soooo many great games to play. You honestly did miss out :(.

I swear I'm not trying to be a fanboy here, but that first video in the first link looked like it was running on Wii or Xbox or GC or something. It didn't seem to have any advanced texture effects. There didn't appear to be any real-time shadows. There was fog, although this was obviously intentional.

I'm not trying to knock the game but rather point out that it would be nice to see it on Wii, and I suspect the Wii could match the graphics in that one video at least, even though I know in reality it will look far better in real life and far beyond what the Wii would be capable of.

The other videos are far superior and show off the quality of the graphics much more effectively, as expected.

Interesting though...

i was guessing from your sig that you have a ps3. dmc3 doesnt benefit from rumble so i think it would be a good buy(a new copy wouldnt be more than $20).

I don't think I'll be getting a PS2 or PS3 anytime soon. One console is enough for me. I wish I had them all, but alas, food and shelter, and water come first. ;)

This is why I still love Capcom after so many years. Devil May Cry 4's style reminds me of the original (and best) in the series, which only makes me more and more excited. I need a PS3 or 360 soon..

I also have never played a DMC game, but this one does look like it could be fun to play
