Crysis looked better when I played it on medium settings.

Cause it's still-shots of ToDs! Yes you can get it to look like that, but it'll probably run like a slideshow :P And they never release their ToD settings. Try the Extreme Quality Mod. My favorite visual mod so far but my PC runs it like crap (and it has a GTX 260 in it.) mods like Rygels textures, hd foilage, lifesis i think, and a few other mods. It runs like it did when I have my 7800GS, but damn it still looks better than any game out there.

Vanilla Crysis cannot be dethroned this gen. Modded Crysis looks like 2 gens ahead of current standards.

Can't argue with that. Only thing that loses is the PC hardware. Has to do so much work for low framerates :( At least it looks f'ing incredible.

I should've put NPC animations. Yeah the player and gun animations are the best I've seen from a no-name dev. Its better than a lot of games by far. I really like the gun and reload animations. But as far as NPCs go, they have some pretty nice ones but I found a lot of them, combined with the life-less character models, to be just a bit weird.
