I used to say teh 360 and and wii when Wii came out.
But yheah, I realized having a Ps3 and 360 together is one deadly combo.

To me it is, they have a lot of good exclusives on both consoles and you get mostly better multiplats on 360 with a few PS3 multiplats that are better.
I've played both consoles more than the Wii and PC, and I do have a Wii and decent gaming PC, that's saying something.
PS3 + PC Is by FAR the best combo.
PS3 gives you access to console only games
PS3 gives you access to PS3/360 'exclusives'
PS3 gives you access to PS3 exclusives (The most and best out of all platforms thus far)
PS3 gives you all the nice bonuses it has (Like Blu-Ray for example)
PC gives you access to 360/PC 'exclusives'
PC gives you access to the best multiplats
PC gives you access to PC exclusives
PC gives you best graphics
PC gives you all the nice bonuses it has (Like mods / user created content)

No way, it's PC/PS3 by a mile, that way you have all the great PS3 exclusives and all the multiplats on PC with the exception of say assassins creed 2 that ps3 gets a lot earlier and PC/360 only multiplats. so with the PC/PS3 combo you get the best of everything.PC plus anything equal best combojohnny27if you have a thousand bucks and the price of a console sure, but times are tough,ps3/360 is an awsome combo, throw in a dsi and it is totaally awsome, just started my ps3/360/dsi combo, lovin it,merry christmas to me,playin some fable 2,assasins creed 2,fallout 3,uncharted 2,and then some gears, and top it off with a little spirit tracks, life is good, who needs a high end pc?really,no offence but im using a cheap little acer notebook, just always played my serious gaming on consoles since the odyssey in the 70s,yes im mature, but love gaming, and will game til i die,but if pc gaming is what you dig, awsome, whatever works,2010 looks to be a good year no matter what you own, peace
high end pc(which u need to play the best PC games[crysis, etc.])...costs wayy more than a new 360 or PS3 or wii
plus a high-def monitor...damn thats a good 800-1200 bones u spent on your rig
PLUS GAMES
i only have a 360, i was plannin on getting a PS3 slim, but 299 is too much for me right now
and i was only goin to get it for the PS3 exclusives, many of which are games im not even interested in, as the multiplat games that are ported from the 360 suck on the PS3
add that to the fact that u cant download Ps3 games, and the best combo is really saving your money and using it towards one console...unless mommy and daddy are hooked up and have money growin on trees in the back yard
About 800 here. But why aren't HDTVs in the equation for supposedly "HD" consoles? :ohigh end pc(which u need to play the best PC games[crysis, etc.])...costs wayy more than a new 360 or PS3 or wii

Actually, IMO that's the worst combo. 360 + Wii, PS3 + Wii, PS3 + PC, Wii + PC are better IMO since you get more distinct games and more variety. SilverChimeraGonna agree with this from the charts that I read. And I have a Wii and PC.

I use my HDTV to play both my console and PC games so..
Thank god I have this too, even though my PC can run most games in 2009 and previous years, I would need a better cpu and gpu to do the ones that come out next year.[QUOTE="lawlessx"]the best combo is 360+ps3+wii+high end PC :)mitu123

Yeah display shouldn't be a factor at all since consoles and PC can both be on TVs or monitors.About 800 here. But why aren't HDTVs in the equation for supposedly "HD" consoles? :o[QUOTE="ToScA-"]

So what? He apparently included the cost of a monitor exclusively for the PC rig but not for the console(s), which I found to be questionable. Thus: my question :PAs in your case, it goes both ways :D

i only recently started getting back into PC gaming(built my gaming rig in feb) and i must saw im glad i did. first game i picked up after upgrading was crysis :PEh not really. They share about 90% of the same games. One of them plus a PC or Wii seems best to me.locopatho
Agree 100%.
Finally been playing Muramasa on the Wii (Girlfriend away so NSMBWii can have a break) and I am blown away. Amazing wonderful game that has no match on the PC.
