Probably for the best they really need to iron out the melee combat.
No release date yet just sometime in 2020

They really need to work on the facial animations.
It's not "small thing", when it's one of the most central aesthetics of the game.
Yeah I don't mind. I think most gamers are very understanding when they say they need more time. We all just want it to be good. Especially when you bring back such a classic series from the past in a style and setting that has almost been abandoned.
Fine by me. Cyberpunk 2077 will fill in the void in the meantime. You better pray it's not gonna release on the same day/month as Cyberpunk 2077 will stump Bloodlines 2.
Yes, I saw this and was initially disappointed, but there are so many games and Cyberpunk coming out; I'm completely okay with this one being delayed to fix it up. We have plenty of other games to play.
March 2020 was never a realistic goal in the first place anyways. I kinda hoped that they would delay it and they were smart to do that.
I hope they delay it long enough that it won't need an "unofficial patch" at launch to fix problems like the original.

Same here. Though I appreciate the unofficial patches given to the original game as I would've likely never played it otherwise, the fact that it NEEDED those is still not a good sign.

Bloodlines turning out as good as it did given how forcefully rushed they were is something of a minor miracle.
This shouldn't be a problem again, but Paradox, being Paradox are a terrible Publisher. PC gamers praise them for making pc centric games, but their greed and willingness to put out low quality half-baked produced far exceeds the likes of Ubisoft or other stigmatised ilk.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't polish but some monetization effort being put it where it launched day 1 with a bunch of segmented shit.
