Blade VS Wolverine: which super hero game will be best

All 3 of them are on Hulu. First one is best marvel movie ever made I'm dead serious.

I will tell you when I play them but I am more interested in Blade because of Arkane Lyon.

Both are cool but Wolverine is the man,and Insomniac don't miss. Blade is a very cool character to build a game around though.

Just don't go watching Blade the TV series. It's very horrible, it doesn't even hold a candle to Wesley Snipe's Blade trilogy.

So I take it this Blade game will be console exclusive? I'll go with Blade as it has been years since I played a Blade video game and the last one was on PS2.

They have got Wesley Snipes back to play him, and have the character talk about ice-skating and stuff.

Blade seems like it would be a more interesting game.

What does Logan do other than hacking and slashing? Not much gameplay variety in that.

In all honesty it would take an exceptional stuperhero (yeah I spelt that right) game for me to play it. So i'm gonna go with neither.

I'll update you on my gaming experience, but I'm particularly intrigued by Blade due to Arkane Lyon.

One thing for sure, Microsoft has dismantled Arkane just like they've annihilated RARE.

Blade have better developer but should have First person.

Arkane gone from making masterpiece like Dishonored and Prey to shitty MP game like Redfall and now making third person marvel/superhero game lol..

Robocop: Rogue City was awesome. Robocop is visible in frequent cutscenes and even better I actually felt like Robocop painting walls with people's brain meat.

looking through the eyes of character is immersion. not behind back. that is why Dishonored and Prey were so immersive.

its thier first Third person game. not expecting to be good.

will stick to STALKER 2 for next year if release.

third person robocop would be so bad. robocop have his own UI and vision and looking through the eyes of robocop make me feel like a robocop.

I have to disagree, having a hand with a gun in it is so meh, with third person they could have used sparks flying off his suit from bullets etc, would have made the game a bigger visual treat and a more authentic experience.

I'm going to say wolverine. The art style is better looking already.

I'm not really a fan of Arkane, but I'm definitely not a fan of Insomniac.

I will say Wolverine simply because of Insomniac. They have proven with 3 games now that they are great at this. Blade has me hyped for the idea of a Blade game, but then you see that it's being made by Arkane and you see the Arkane art style and my hype instantly goes down. There isn't a single Arkane game that I like and there isn't a single Arkane game that I would label pretty graphically. I think Blade deserved to be made by a better studio under Microsoft, The Coalition or ID. I am waiting for both, but Blade I am very skeptical about.

I think it's cool that Microsoft is finally making their own Marvel game. I hope that Blade turns out good and not be another mediocre comic book game.

@robertos: Wesley snipes definitely made wise cracks as blade. Atleast to the tune of what was in this trailer.

I'm far more confident in Wolverine; Insomniac has already done several Spider-Man games.

While I’m definitely looking forward to Blade I am much more interested in Wolverine. He’s my second favourite superhero right behind Spider-Man and I love the stuff that Insomniac make.

@sargentd: I'm more of a fan of Blade than Wolverine. But, Arkane has a lot to prove after the disaster that was Redfall, while Insomniac has always been a stellar studio.

I love Wolverine, but I voted Blade because there's more room for storytelling.

Insomniac makes great Spiderman games but they have a lot of open world filler.

I want a Blade game in the vein of dishonored 2, which is what Arkane does best.

There's zero gameplay for either game so I'd say it's a toss up. Both developers have had great games in the past (Arkane: Dishonored/Deathloop and insomniac: Spiderman/ Ratchet and clank) and some bad games (Arkane: Redfall and Insomniac: Fuse).

I DO think that Wolverine has more potential to disappoint some than Blade because of Spiderman. The biggest asset Spiderman has is its world traversal. It's what everyone loves about it, and the combat system is so similar to the Batman/Assasin's Creed/Shadow of Mordor/ Ghost of Tsushima games before it it's not going to have as big of an impact without the traversal. If it's open world where Wolverine rides a motorcycle around with a similar combat system, people are going to be disappointed, and if it's more linear/story driven people are going to be disappointed that it's not open world.

If Blade's disappointing it's just Microsoft ruining Arkane, but if Wolverine's disappointing it's going to piss off waaaay more people.

I liked the Spiderman game, but only cus they nailed the web slinging, every thing else felt average, honestly like batman games more. But the transverse was great in Spiderman.

Blade has potential, they can make him very much like a gun slinging ninja, swords, machine guns, running up walls and backflips, I hope they go for something more akin to DMC / ninja gaiden with the character.
