Everyone else here seems to be forgetting Formula One CE, its a fantastic game with a buttery smooth framrate and some really jaw droppin visuals.
I must make a special mention on the sound effects in the game, the engine sounds are prob the best i've ever heard in ANY game on ANY format and really do sound like the genuine thing when played loudly through a surround sound setup, the whine of the engine at 19,00rpm is the most beautiful sound in the world and is absolutely perfectly captured ingame along with some of the best crash sounds that really wallop when u hit someone/thing.
The only slight downside is that it uses the 06 season so the cars and drivers are out of synch but i can overlook that and so should you if u really like racing games.
