There are some good ones around this year. Last Story, Lollipop, Dishonored has its moments, even Max Payne (one of them at least).

Problem is that a lot of people these days are using the same contrast styles (orange/blue) and the new popular thing: explosion particles. Slowly gets old after a while

Strangely I really dislike that box art.

It just seems so bland, boring, and devoid of color; it just rubs me the wrong way. It's an interesting style but it just doesn't work well for me.
