Attack on Titan will be released physically on PS4 and X1, accompanied by digital releases on PS3, PSVita and Steam August 30th, 2016.

Since now it's on Xbox One there goes the hype.

I think this will be a 6 at max, last time I saw it it lacked content and although the 3d maneuver system looked fun, it seemed too repetitive.

AOT is lame, but I'll still get it.

@dynamitecop: Seriously, though. On a Polish console gaming website I frequent every day this game used to average 30-40 comments in every single piece of news, but in the last article about it, that mentioned Xbox One as one of the platforms, it dropped to just 7.

Jokes aside..... I may pick this up at the clearance bin if I haven't got around buying a ps4 again for the x1.

this game is a 4/10 at best.Way too short,easy and repetitive.

Even as a big AOT and animu fan i only got about 10 hours of enjoyment out of it(i have the japanaese version)

All characters feel and handle the same except Eren who can transform into a Titan.Unfortunately his transformation only last for around 1 minute outside of story missions and handles like a tank.

The game doesn't have any combos or anything,all you do is fly around and kill easy as pie titan after titan and then fight a slightly tougher titan boss at the end of each stage.Only challenging parts are some optional missions(expeditions) where you fight multiple annoying boss titans at the same time.(eg.female titan,armored titan,ape titan) Unless you play as Eren-Titan these take forever to kill as you have to destroy limbs first.Eren-Titan is super OP and usually kills bosses after 1-2 special attacks.

To be fair, AOT 3DS version was a flop and the game was broken for the most parts, so I honestly don't see why this is such a big deal if it's coming to other platforms. AOT was popular here in the West and Xbox brand is also popular only here in the U.S so it makes perfect sense to have it on other platforms if you only own an Xbox One, they want to release it for that reason to get more money out of it, plain and simple.

That depends if they focus their efforts on the lowest common denominator, the X1. If it's a PS4 game at heart with a 720p (or whatever weird screen resolutions most X1 games run at) Xbox port, then it could still turn out great.

Actually it's a Nintendo brand. There were games on NES/SNES well before Budokai.
