The low res tree foliage is what I'm talking about, look at it. I just watched "Run from police demo" and it was crisp clean except for a few framerate drops when guns fire and a few screen tears. I hope they put more res on the trees and ground tecturesAlan Wake on 360..........

Those photos are from the 360 version and they look very amazing......
Still looks pretty good though. I want to see it on my tV. Screens never look the same as they do when they're being played.

You can tell that the newer build not only has more detail along with added polygons, but the resolution on the textures have been increased and look more sharper which is clearly evident when looking at the PC's blurry coat texture.

You honestly believe that the 360 version would be > PC version?
If so; LOL of the day for me.
AW looks good but surely gameplay visuals wont match the BS shots which will circulate these boards prior release.. It happens with all major titles for consoles..
Still i'm actually interested to its story and is a must have title for me :)
they are pretty screens indeed, that foggy forest is just one sparkly vampire short of being a best seller :p

All the resolution is used on his coat? Dear God, do you have any idea of the lulz you've unleashed with this statement? Please refrain from technological comments. There's got to be atleast a thousand people here with hearts so weak that they'd die from another such comment.

Look at the tree and ground texture = Low res/ polyTexture pop-in (floor, 1:51-2:11), large amount of screen tearing and low res shadows (3:11).

Hey relax, fact is, games that are shown this early aren't polished yet so there's a good chance all these minor issues will be fixed.

Show those to someone from 3 years ago, or 10 years ago and they wouldn't believe its a video game.[QUOTE="TOAO_Cyrus1"]I'm guessing your a fakeboy but if not, what the **** is a res? lv 36 and you don't know what res is? Almost none of those textures look blurry, why are you arguing they are low res?
