Ace Combat vs Warhawk

both got an 8.5 from GS and both average a 8.4 from all the critics combined scores.

Ace Combat gets not hype because it is just another AA among a console with a trillion AAs and a bunch of AAAs. Warhawk is easily their second best exclusive .1 behind their #1 exclusive according to the GS rating.

not really as much as AC6 vs WH more as 360 > PS3 :P

Warhawk's multiplayer is better then Ace Combats - BUT Warhawk has NO single player at all..

I'm not trashing Warhawk over Ace Combat - Warhawk is an awesome PS3 game - probably the best game on that console.

Anyway, I'll take Ace Combat over some AAA games, so I'll go with Ace Combat, although the games are so different that they probably shouldn't be compared.

i will have to say ace combat > warhawk as well.

and i own both and have played them both. i do like single player mode and online.

i like ace combats realism. i feel ready to get in jet and blast some bad guys in real life after i played it.

I doubt it...sure it was good...but it really didnt do anything all that different.....and if other BF clones like joint ops and battlefront didnt get AAA...I doubt Warhawk would have.

I'd much rather play Warhawk than Ace Combat 6. I really don't see the appeal in playing single player missions in a game like Warhawk/Ace Combat -- unless there is co-op mode or levels that arent just dog fights. Either way, Warhawk also has the ground combat element, giving birth to modes like Capture the Flag.
