This is a thread aboute ps3 games vs 360 games ... might have forgott som titles but its pretty clear that 360 is the console with more quality titles.

I know some of the ps3 fans will say that alot of the 360 titles are also on PC ,,, they are but they still arent on the ps3 ... Bassically ps3fans needs BOTH a ps3 and a PC to compete with the 360 , that tells you how great the 360 is.

A year helps alot and that first year alot got scores they should not have because there was nothing to compare them to. Also you should only count exclusives. PS3 has been the better for over a year now and just keeps looking better so if you want to live in the past you are right but the future is all PS3.wooooode

You are basing your argument on scores, which not all people go by. Some people buy and play games despite review scores. They are able to enjoy the games because it appeals to them, not because GS gave the game a 9.5.

Those reviews are still reflections of a person's opinion no matter how objective they try to be. Those scores are not set in stone which is why saying PS3 games > 360 games and vice versa will only be correct to the person who agrees. Heck, if I reviewed those games myself the numbers would probably be slightly different. Sure, the 360 has better games on paper, but it all boils down to what each individual gamer thinks of it.

Personally, I find the games on the PS3 more appealing (disregarding multiplats of course) so the typical "360 library > PS3 library" statement doesn't apply to me.

PS3 + Xbox 360 = fun.

But I guess it takes to much thinking to realise that.

also GeOW 2 matchmaking is horrible, the gameplay is somewhat the same except that its unbelievably easier to chainsaw no, the shotgun is unbeleivably unnaccurate.the sp is still preety bad its not a great achievement but then again thats not where Gears is supposed to shine. its mp is what let me down and what i was disappointed with. Again mgs4 was not meant to be a mp game it was supposed to be a sp game. also mgo was sold as a standalone game in japan so that says something abotu their intentions originally.uncharted was a great game that was greatly underrated here just like R& C future. People all over agree taht uncharted was a great game and that the seciond looks amazing and miles above the first. God Of War 3 is listed as a Q4 09 release on multiple sites from ign to gamestop to 1up. Personally i wont buy heavy rain but it still looks great and amazing and from the previews ive read they are really trying to push story telling in games to a new level. and forza 3 is only listed at all on this site no other site has it even rumoured to release unlike god of war 3. so if u think god of war 3 wont come out next year then forza 3 will most likely not either.

I know you already have a disclaimer about this, but the list you have is decieving. Not all of those games are actually 360 exclusive; most are available in better forms on the PC.

The 360 also has more games that are rated poorly than the PS3. So really, this thread should be titled: "360's library more of a mixed bag than PS3." :3.

r u actually serious? ps3 has no games for 09? and have u ever played mgs4, if u truly did u wouldnt be so biased and listen. u say reviews dont matter, mgs4 is overrated bu u keep referring to gears with reviews. of how it gets so much 9's. y do u think gs didnt even nominate that game for goty, because its a dissapointment to the series. also how culd u say ps3 has no games in 09? when all 360 has is Halo(expansion:which game informer even reffered to it as bland and unoriginal), halo wars, which will probably be like command and conquer, way better on the pc and terrible in console.and gta4 lost and damned(expansion) when ps3 has uncharted 2( which the fist one was rated a 9 by many sites,gs didnt though), GoW3 (which is comin late 09), ff13 versus,killzone 2,new ico game(ico has never made a bad game), quantum theory, new R&C, Home(way better than avatars), infamous, heavy rain(which suppoably is amazing), gran turismo(has always owned the forza and pgr series), demons soul, yakuza 3, whight knight. 360 might have ff13 but have fun with a crappy port with 4 discs. and maybe even mag will come out in 09. so 360 is living out of multiplats. 360 has nothin but expansions wich they pay millions for. i wouldnt be surprsised if 360 doesnt get one 9/10 in 09. reason so many people play halo 3 online is because it sold so much cuz all its hype, and 1 month after it came out cod4 owned the **** out of it with its online community, and mgs still has a huge communuty (and its not about the online). but resistance 2 has a humongous community, larger than gears. and yes i did here that geow2 is overrated from fanboys, from 360 fanboys, i have 5 friends who used to talk about halo 3 all day for a week and then they hated it and i theyre as bout as fanboy as u they dont listen. so yeah, 360s not doing too good.Blanco98
