Wait, he mentioned a repair hammer that you can use to keep the tank alive. No, he said that you can't get out of a tank while you're self repairing. It sounds like you can get out if you're not self repairing. You also can't fire, move or do anything else while self repairing, which is a justifiable trade off.

Nah, that's not the vehicle class works. Basically if you spawn into a plane or a tank from the respawn screen you won't have your selected class (medic, support, etc..), you'll instead spawn as the separate tank officer or a pilot class, who has vehicle specific advantages but limited to a side-arm only. One really good thing that comes out of this is that people will stop using vehicles as taxis.. Because if you jump out of a plane you'll only have a pistol and not the sniper rifle you were planning to camp with. :P
I'll play it ofcourse but its not omg look yay... Also Didn't expect it to be, you guys hyping need to drop the pretence, its just battlefield same old s*** different skins and maps.
Is this the game hermits are building up as the new graphics king? Doesn't look so promising in actual gameplay does it? Does it even have levolution like BF4?
It has more promising gameplay than your petty movie game uncharted 4.

It's almost an insult to bring up movie game "gameplay" against something like Battlefield. He's a graphics whore who roots for the team that never has the best graphics. I'm sure BF1 on ultra will take the crown over Blood and Wine and Battelfront.

Battlefront and Mirror's Edge both look insane... but nah, let's throw logic aside. This terrible youtube video is how Battlefield 1 will look for really realz!!!!
I use to love battlefield.... but I can't help but feel this franchise is far past its prime... only graphics/sound are outstanding now, alot of their design decisions (most likely influenced by console design... as usual) has crippled this franchises featureset and potential.
Beneath the shiny new gfx layer and WW1 reskins, its the same gameplay we've seen before in older battlefields and CoDs.
Yes, because there's absolutely something wrong with the old Battlefield formula. Please, the Battlefield formula will never get old. It has dynamic gameplay with destructible buildings/cover/environments. Levolution with giant buildings crumbling down and changing the battlefield. Class system with unique abilities, and a team basically requires all of them to do well. 64 players on a large scale map, and vehicles including tanks, trucks and planes/jets. How can that be a losing combination, ever?
CoD, I can't speak for. 6 v 6 in a tiny linear map with static environments isn't really something that I can get behind. I never even was a fan of the supposed best CoD--Modern Warfare.
After all that hype this is the 3rd best shooter at E3. I would take Titanfall 2 and COD IW over this. Going back to the past handcuffs new mechanics and features.
Titanfall 2 and cod are complete garbage with below average gameplay, at least this game looks pretty and appears to be a lot more fun to play than the two you mentioned.

Titanfall 2 looks okay, but CoD just looks plain awful.
I doubt I'll get Titanfall 2 this time around unless it has crossplay or something. The community was basically dead after a few months on PC.
Battlefield 4 community is still strong with tons of full servers, however. Just shows you how the gameplay can keep a game alive.
Sorry to disappoint you, but pretty graphics don't make a game hardcore. Besides, if you want a realistic and proper ww1 game then Verdun would be a better choice. Battlefield 1 will still be a fun game to play regardless. However, as mentioned before the game has nothing in common with the term hardcore, its a simple mainstream game with fun and casual gameplay.
