6-2 after last weeks prediciton. Pick of the Week Cowboys > Packers.waynehead895
It feels so good to be sitting on top of the (arguably) toughest division in the NFL, doesn't it? :) Considering those 2 losses camein the last 5-10 minutes of the 4th quarter, I feel our 'Boys are doing well. New Jersey's finest, Miles Austin, has to be one of the best #2 receivers in the past 4 weeks, Tony Romo isn't making too many mistakes, and our defense is looking strongand hitting hard. Our O-line is still jumping offsides at the worst times, but we'reused to that by now, right?Let's just hope they get their discipline together before the post-season.I feel we will go deep in the playoffs as long as we don't nose-dive in December like we've been doing the past few years.

My Prediction: Dallas over Green Bay, duh ;) Oh, and how 'bout dem Cowboys??

Count me as one of the Cowboys' doubters through the first ten weeks. Although I still remember some Cowboys breakdowns in recent years, I think they have a chance to take the division, as long as they keep playing hard.

I love them 'Boys and I knew they were capable of playing like this, but needed to prove it. They still got more to prove to me as well as everyone else and that's playing well in December/January. I'm not gonna be all giddy till they can prove that they can get it done late in the year. This year feels different, so I hope they do it.

I think as long as they sweep the Eagles they'll take the division. If they do that they should have a clear shot to the Championship game, but as far as winning it, I'll just say that if the good Cowboys show up and the good Saints whow up it'll be one for the ages.

Let's see how fast I can get my picks in

Last week-5-8

Overall-76-53

Falcons @ Panthers-Panthers are aon a roll, and I don't know that Matt Ryan can take on that secondary, plus the Falcons won't be able to stop DeAngelo Williams. Panthers 24-17

Lions@ Vikings-This is going to be a blowout. Vikings 33-10

Bengals @ Steelers-Steelers are on a roll and they're not going to get beat at home. This is a gut call, but the Steelers seal this one up. Steelers 21-20 GOTW

Bills @ Titans-Buffalo Bills are last in the league in rushing defense and Tenessee is just getting started rushing. Maybe some Buffalo interceptions keep this one close, but the Titans are able to pull it out. Titans 27-21

Broncos @ Redskins-Broncos 23-13

Saints @ Rams-Saints 34-10

Jaguars @ Jets-Jets will have trouble stopping the run, but I don't think the Jags have the passing game to get it done against the number two pass defense. Jets 24-17

Buccaneers @ Dolphins-Bucs are horrible against the run, regardless of how Freeman plays they'll get torched by the Wildcat. Dolphins 27-20

Chiefs @ Raiders-Battle of the worst. Oakland's D puts them up barely over Cassel's advantage. Raiders 17-14

Seahawks @ Cardinals-I thought the Haws were going to take this one the first time around and the momentum was switched back then. This is a pick I'm not sure about, but I still have to make it. This is my sleeper of the week. Cardinals 23-20

Eagles @ Chargers-I just don't know if Philly's the team everyone thought they were. Chargers are coming off a big win, they'll keep the momentum alive. Chargers 24-21

Cowboys @ Packers-Cowboys are for real, Packers aren't. Cowboys 24-17

Patriots @ Colts-Colts have been getting some close wins this season, Patriots are on a roll. The Colts' missing players inthe secondary put New England over the top. This is my upset of the week. Patriots 24-17

Ravens @ Browns-Ravens 31-9

Having only 1 starter playing in the secondary will allow that to happen.

I'm 5-4. Didn't think the Redskins could win because their offense is terrible. But they really stepped up their run game which has been the biggest disappointment this season.

It's the NFL, a lot of thigns can happen. Look at how many points St. Louis scored against the Saints, they gave them a scare.

As for the Skins, look at the rushing yards they had, I think like 176, right? I think this game is a perfect example of how they can be successful as a team.

They were only successful because Denver's defense is weak.

Not only that but after Marshall scored 2 TDs, the defense really adjusted. That is one reason why we kept the game close before halftime.

Sucks for Kyle Orton but injuries are part of the game. Still the Broncos defense played mediocre in the second half. They did stop us at 4th and 1 but they looked worn out on that last TD the skins played.

Still we won without Cooley and Portis. Plus 0 turnovers.

Almost a perfect week, Denver, Pittsburgh, and ATL lose, but im sad the Rams werent able to get the W. Now i just gotta hope the Patriots can get the W, which is a strange feeling considering i hate anything from Boston.
