They went with sound selections from Sonic 3? Aren't those, like, the least iconic of Sonic's sound effects? Such a strange commercial... A nice sign of Sonic's rise to popularity again, though. :)

A nice sign of Sonic's rise to popularity again, though. :) Iconic meaning least heard, quite likely, far less people played Sonic 3 than either of the previous two or other big name titles in the series, or so I'm told (and guessed by the number of people who still think Hyper Sonic is a myth). I prefer Sonic & Knuckles myself, especially the invincibility theme, though 3's theme works better for the commercial, I think.
Kratos thought so too, and Snake, and a few others. But then they all banded together in honor of Michael, the guy who led them all, and without whom they'd not exist. No coolness there, just hero recognition.

He has four, actually, but I don't think Progressive covers vehicles in other dimensions. Other dimension Progressive does. And there's always the chance that that dimension is ours...
