Sonic Best 3D game!

If I remember right wasn't one of the tracks in the game a remix of one of the earlier Sonic songs?

I heard a lot of people say it was the desert stage.

I can't believe some biased fanboys would actually think Sonic 2006 is a good game but we can't get the message out to them. I think that some people must like his whiny boring slow friends.

If anyone trys to even defend Sonic 2006 saying it was a good game you shall get alot of responses saying how bad it was. The game can't be defended it sucks it was one of the biggest failures in gaming. I still can't believe how much attention it gets for being this bad. Maybe because of the promises that got broken.

Yeah I never got a medal for surviving the game.

Anyone whose read the reviews for our union knows I bit the bullet and reviewed Sonic Next Gento add it to our archive as well as part of a test between me and Spikey to see who could endure the biggest piece of crap.

I still don't get how people think it's a good game. Well it's easy to spot a furry if they say they thought Elise and Sonic were a cute couple. I mean really only furries would think that relationship was anything but uncomfortable. The one that really gets me is how the people who like this, hate Secret Rings yet the high speed sections of Next Gen are 10x worse than Secret Rings. At least in Rings you could stop (it's called the 1 and 2 buttons dumbasses) and attack wheras those high speed sections controlled horribly, you couldn't stop or attack, everything could hurt you and the camera liked to jump forward at bad times. Then there's Silver's ball puzzle from hell and the most horrid snowboard physics known to man. Hell the graphics aren't that good aside from a couple main stages and the CG cutscenes. I've played Wii games that looked better than Next Gen.

Anyone who likes that game is the sort of person that likes any piece of garbage with Sonic's face on it and they're the fans ruining the frachise. Why should Sega make good Sonic games if dumbass fans and kids will buy any piece of crap game and waste hours defending it on a forum trying to say "Sega's sh-- doesn't stink."

Hell the developers themselves came out and flat out said the game was crap because they were forced to shove it out before it was finished and if the developers thought it was crap who are you to argue?"

So they're using the excuse it was rushed? They could have so fixed the mistakes with the game if they just spend some more time on it.

Talking about the wii, I have find someone that says the Wii is sh*t just because graphics aren't that great (he only owns a PSX). Whats important from a game is the gameplay, not the graphics dumbass

The glitches in Sonic '06 were pretty fun. (Plus how the story was horrible.)

Some of those damn glitches wouldn't even allow you to finish some of the stages.

I think it is unfair to put both adventures as a same option because they will receive the most votes. I go with Heroesnunchuk28

I remember watching a walkthrough of 06. I said to myself "it's not so bad....i guess." 2 weeks later my parents get it for my little bro. I play it for myself, then 3 hours later, I threw it in the trash then volunteered to take it out. No regrets.Darkmoone1

2. Silver's pyramid ball puzzle from hell?
3. The first or second high speed Sonic area?
4. or the first sappy romance scene?

I am often amazed that I played the entire game to the final story as well as completed all of Silver and Sonic's side quests though didn't bother getting all the medals or S Ranks and gave up on Shadow's math and driving puzzles.

I think all of the above would be good.

Sonic Adventure handled the snow boarding much better.

I watched a whole walkthrough and played all the levels and I'm very disgusted with this game. Easily one of the worst games this gen.

Top 7 thing I hated (7 being bad, and one being horrible):

7. Time travelling- I don't even want to talk about it. This alone messes up more than half of the story line and justs gets more confusing as TIME goes on! huh see whut i did thar?

6. Sonics death scene- I know it should be spoilers, but it's just too funny. I mean it's so cheap and embarresing, that I had to walk out of the room to stop laughing.

5. Shadow's vehicles- REALLY?!?! I thought we got over this in Shadow the Hedgehog. It's difficult to manuver them and just frequently explode.

4. Pyramid ball puzzle- You think when you have a goal of getting a ball to the end it would be easy right? RIGHT?! WRONG!! Instead they having a friggin Time limit on it, And worse yet You can't even use your powers, you have to SLAP, yes folks, SLAP that ball!! UGH!!

3. Sonics scenes- Most of them are furry love scenes which just make me want to hurl. Not to mention the worst VA laugh in history.

1. The ending- So.....nothing happend and that moon didn't actually never blew up from SA2? Wow....I wish life was like that, so I can just forget this game....

That scene of Sonic dying in 06 was to darn hilarious, it wasn't even that sad.

I promise this will be the last mention of this game in this thread but the whole Blaze in next Gen vs. Blaze in the Rush series confused me as well in what could laughably be called the "Sonic Continunity" if there even is such a thing (now THAT could make for an interesting dicussion). In the Rush games, she's a queen in a parallel universe but in Next Gen she's just a friend of Silver who battles Iblis in the future which makes no sense like the developers plopped her in to add one more playable character. But I came to the conclusion that the events of Next Gen happened BEFORE the Rush games.

I don't know if that "blue hedgehog" line was Blaze recognizing Sonic or what and the game never bothers to explain it. But at the end Blaze uses the Emeralds to seal Iblis within herself and tells Silver to use the Emeralds to seal her away in another dimension. She floats away and disappears. So what I assumed here was this was Blaze crossing over to the dimension she resides in the Rush games. That's what I came up with since the game never bothered to explain it.

I played Super man 64 and when I was 8 I actually got to the inside building(but a glitch ruined the whole game. :( )

Anyway, The Big levels were not long at ALL. If you know what you are doing you can beat them in 5 min. the LONGEST for me.
