I really like em all, but 'His World', 'What I'm made of' and 'Live and Learn' really stand out. It's tough, but I gotta go 'What I'm made of'.

I found Sonic Heroes better then What I'm made of.
But I prefer Endless Possibilities,or I Am..All of me.
Now being that's it's a tribute to the past, there's no main theme for Sonic Generations because they mostlly remixed old tunes which is what fans wanted for some time but the trend I like that they're doing in the "modern era" of Sonic games is taking the game's main theme then doing a key change and orchestral remix for the final boss fight. All three of these give me chills.

Just a personal opinion, I hate have lyrics during in game music. It's annoying. Keep the lyrics in the opening or credits but out of actual gameplay.
I like songs with lyrics during gameplay as long as Sonic or his friends aren't talking throughout the game..like in the black knight, when I was trying to listen to "All Hail Shadow" thanks to the medal that changes the backround music,it got annoying since Sonic,Merlina, and Caliburn talk there way through 70% of each level, while I found it fine in Generations since the only person who really talked a lot during gameplay was Eggman(during boss battles,) Omochao(who I disabled permanently after beating the game,) and Sonic's friends, but that was only during the final boss.Just a personal opinion, I hate have lyrics during in game music.
