What did you expect? A lot of the white house people are anti-trump and most are appointed by Obama.

Leaks is because some people lack the moral compass to quit if they don´t like the administration they work for.

So Obama had a lot of people appointed by Bush? And Trump has been the President for over a year. Can we not expect by now that he has people appointed by him?

Obama quickly exchanged most of the staff in key positions out with his own.

But yes Trump should have appointed his own and I am not sure why he has not done it, maybe it´s hard to find people who want to put Trump administration on their CV.
